Walked in and they looked up at us and looked back down at making sandwiches and it was some time before they decided to ask us for our order. Seems they are struggling with customer service skills.

Rude management called doordash to ask for a refund on the tip I gave the driver because I had to go get my own order, they tell me to talk to the store when I get there about it. so I did, the manager was very rude and told me I had to talk to doordash about that. when I tried telling her I did, and I'm trying to tell you what they told me. she ignored me and was very rude

Came in with a pretty complicated order and the worker Ace was amazing!! He made sure to make everything to exactly the way i wanted and even asked and verified when he wasnt sure if it was enough! Absolutely amazing service great fresh food and compared to all the other subways in the area this is absolutely the best one to go too, highly recommend stopping by here if you got a hankering for subway!!

Terrible, the lady making my sandwich didn’t turn her mic off. They were talking shit and I could hear everything she said. They had no one in the store and no one in the drive through. She was pissed because I did a mobile order and arrived too soon.

Worse subway ever, I promise you. Don't go to the drive thru. They will proposely tell you to wait as they wait for other customers to walk into the building and start serving them before you. Don't believe me? Go there. they will always make you wait at the drive thru before they will take your order even when nobody is there no matter what. 1 🌟

The older lady with glasses was so mean and impatient. She literally drummed her fingers on the counter whilemy children and I ordered our food. There was NO ONE in the line or in the Drive Thru. Worst service experience EVER in Sutherlin. Her poor coworker lost out on his tip because of her bad attitude

The staff is wonderful. I have found them funny and have a great sandwich making attitude. I love the attitude! They make my sandwich just the way I like it. Then, they serve it up to me with a smile.? I usually buy the all-American club, it is fantastic!

I was in Tuesday 10/1 and had the unfortunate front row view of what looked liked management berating a member of her team, loudly and without regard to any customers. I won't be back to this subway.

Supervisor Kathy was kinda rude, other staff seemed friendly.
