Terrible, the lady making my sandwich didn’t turn her mic off. They were talking shit and I could hear everything she said. They had no one in the store and no one in the drive through. She was pissed because I did a mobile order and arrived too soon.

Worse subway ever, I promise you. Don't go to the drive thru. They will proposely tell you to wait as they wait for other customers to walk into the building and start serving them before you. Don't believe me? Go there. they will always make you wait at the drive thru before they will take your order even when nobody is there no matter what. 1 🌟

The older lady with glasses was so mean and impatient. She literally drummed her fingers on the counter whilemy children and I ordered our food. There was NO ONE in the line or in the Drive Thru. Worst service experience EVER in Sutherlin. Her poor coworker lost out on his tip because of her bad attitude

The staff is wonderful. I have found them funny and have a great sandwich making attitude. I love the attitude! They make my sandwich just the way I like it. Then, they serve it up to me with a smile.? I usually buy the all-American club, it is fantastic!

I was in Tuesday 10/1 and had the unfortunate front row view of what looked liked management berating a member of her team, loudly and without regard to any customers. I won't be back to this subway.

Looks like a new Subway location. Ordered online, they have a restroom for customers only (keypad code required). I placed online Subway order.
Supervisor Kathy was kinda rude, other staff seemed friendly.
The people that work here are great. They actually smile and talk to you.

My entire order was made wrong the first time I went through. I ordered a 6 inch turkey and cheese flatbread and a 6 inch Philly cheesesteak and they gave me 2 footlongs and tried to roll the flatbread. Then my sister went through and ordered four 6 inch and they made her 6. Just absolutely struggling in the listening department.

I went to the Sutherlin Subway yesterday and was helped by Savannah and Liz and they were both wonderful! They were all polite and rose was busy stocking for them. Five star service.

Used app and it took us 30+ mins tae get there. They didnae hae it done. And were rude aboot it. Some wise cracks made. Three ppl wirking and one customer but they had no time tae make oors?! In fact the instigater telt the ithers tae take their time because were complaining. Will never go tae Sutherlin Subway again. Had tae get a refund which was anither ruckus. First we were telt we had tae get it throu door dash. Whit?! We ordered thru the SUBWAY app. Then because WE were rude we werenae gonnae get oor refund at all.....all of this because WE werenae ever in customer service? We were then telt by anither employee that we need tae come back and speak wi the manager and she will refund us. Well....I sure hope so oor I guess I will have tae go through corporate. Wow! All of this because an employee thinks she wirks too haird.
