Honestly it's just meh. Staff aren't attentive, I had to ask an employee 3 times for me to be able to pay for my food and even then it took an extra 20-25 minutes just for it to be done. Tasted decent but honestly hurt my stomach. Probably won't be coming back unless I have to.

6 or so cars in the drive through, went into the lobby to order and there were a whole bunch of people waiting for there order…..I got mine after almost 20 mins……UNACCEPTABLE!

Today (2/24/24), I came to pick up a doordash delivery. I watched as it took Jackson 15 MINUTES to make 4 burritos. When he was done taking his sweet time, I told him I was here for that order and proceeded to just stare at me and not respond at all.
The customer requested mild sauce. Jackson was incapable of checking the requested mild sauce and didn't put any in the bag, forcing me to open the customers sealed order and add it myself.
I know toddlers with more work ethic and manners. He obviously does not want to be working here 🙄 do better

Terrible service. I said “thank you!” And the guy working this evening ignored me so I said, “have a good night!” Because I wasn’t sure if he heard me but he blatantly ignored me. So rude.

Stop it! We went in to order no one would help us. So apparently we’re being forced to use the kiosk. There was no menu up on the board. And using those stinking kiosks that are absolutely filthy because y’all don’t clean them ever. And then if you need to pay cash that ends up being a problem. I know too well. Because I’ve ordered on the kiosk previously. Hit the button that I’m gonna pay at the register with cash. Guess what never even got my food. You guys need to do better.

If you go inside you never interact with a human employee. Order from a touchscreen, the food appears at the counter. I predict that soon they'll have us making our own food. Like just a building with no staff. Go inside, order what you want, and you'll have access to ingredients and a microwave.
