Went in the store at night to get nachos the cheese ran out I told the clerk he put a cold bag in and left it and said it's ready I asked him if it was hot he said yes and I was still fridge cold. There was one stale hot dog bun in the drawer and the taqitoes were not in the correct place. Customer service was horrible this has happened at least 3 or 4 times will go to lebanon from now on.

I had gone inside to redeem points the worker proceeded to continue to try to make me pay for what I grabbed to redeem my points with and the worker refused to let me use my points

I’ll give this store 5 stars only because the owners are incredibly kind people. However, unfortunately their employees are very rude.

I stoped at Sweet Home’s Seven Eleven and was met with very poor customer service and mis-priced items. There was a sign saying “3 for $5” so I graded the three items and headed to the lady to check out. When she rang in the items the price was nearly $7. As there is no sales tax in Oregon I mentioned that the sign said 3 for $5. The lady tried to tell me the register gave me the discount and proceeded roll her eyes and give me a math lesson using her common core math skill. I chuckled when her own math didn’t add up. I simply asked her how can it be 3 for almost $7 when the sign said 3 for $5. The lady became very rude and condescending. I decided I didn’t need to stand there and be treated this way for asking a question about a simple discrepancy. I reluctantly over paid for my items and left.I would strongly reconsider visiting that Seven Eleven. There are a plenty of other convenient store that would be more then happy to treat you with kindness.
There is more in this world than GOOGLE!!!
