The last two times I’ve been there they messed up the order. I’ve been looking forward to trying the Blizzard of the Month for December and have not been able to enjoy it. First time it wasn’t made correctly, and the second time they gave me a completely different blizzard.

Not very happy I was trying to order food at the window where people take their orders and wait there for five minutes and no one answered the window. I ring the doorbell. They still don’t answer so pretty upset so I walked away. I’m never gonna go back there again.

The food is good just wish I could've gotten full portion of what I paid for. Judging off previous reviews it looks like this has been an issue before. All in all STILL WAY better than Albany

When I ask for a separate order, KEEP IT A SEPARATE ORDER! but no, you just gotta jumble stuff up and mix and match everything in 3 random bags. Why don't you throw it at me and give me the finger while your at it. For real. Maybe lay off the penjamin at work! Oh yeah, and whoever is pre toasting my buns to "save time" stop it. Put the plastic bin back where you got it, and toast things as they are ordered, like how you were actually trained. And will you people please figure out what you charge for sauces! Are the free with my food or not?!

Everyone there is always great, good attitudes, smiles on their faces. That being said, the last 2 times we have went there, our orders have been messed up. Missing items, having to return to the restaurant to get what was missing. We also ordered a side salad and what we received was ridiculous! I realize the whole world is short handed right now but all that is needed is some extra training and a shift leader that truly cares about great service and can insure that people are getting what they ordered and that the food that is going out the window, is good quality!

I went to this DQ at 9:55 we were starving and the girl told us welcome to Dairy Queen I’ll be right with you. Then she made us wait five minutes and a guy came back and told us they were closed. When we asked him why did the girl tell us she would be right with us he said that we were talking to an automated system. This is what is wrong with young people these days no work ethic. Kid no need to lie to me you just wanted to close early.
They were on there games . We came in with a lrg order . They handled it well. They were slammed and all had a smile and were friendly and got our order to us in a timely manner
