Went there today as a Doordash driver to pick up a order they said it would only be 12 mins. Okay no big deal. So I wait and wait. And 45 mins goes by and I ask again. And they said the order still is not ready. And this order was only 3 items and they would help every one else who came in and take new orders and just keep skipping pass the door dash order. And I've been doing this job for 7 years and having to wait for and order I bad enough but when they keep pushing doordash back is pretty unprofessional I'm just trying to do my job like they are and they want to treat me with total disrespect. I will be going in the store talking to the manager and if I have to I will take to to corporate and the B.B.B

I came to visit my mom. We looked at the pictures of your pizza. Looking good…. Then it showed up. Hot Garbage. You need to replace the pictures online so they represent the truth. It was gross.

Love our local Figaros Pizza. It's always delicious, lots of toppings, and hot and ready for you whether you get it delivered, you pick it up, or take it home and bake it yourself. There's plenty of options for toppings, sauces, sides, drinks, salads, and dessert. Customer service is great and they always honor the coupons you recieve in the mail. I only left 4 stars for atmosphere because it's just a grab and go place. You don't really need much atmosphere. Lol. But if your basing it on smell alone....10 stars. Now I want some Figaros. ? I highly recommend the 12 topping classic! So good! ?Vegetarian options: Salads.Kid-friendliness: Kid Pizzas available.

Having had a pretty negative experience at another local restaurant tonight, I remembered the super courteous, amazing service I got at Figaros just this week. Sometimes I don’t leave the positive reviews because the negative stand out, but Figaro’s has always gotten our order right, been ready when, or sooner than they said, and their staff even when busy is generally super polite and helpful! Thank you!

Online order didnt work, I had to call and reorder for pickup. The pizza and wings were trash. It looks tasty but its not. For some reason I had a pizza craving after work, ate two slices of this expensive, sad pizza and will never order from this place again.

This is the worst, most expensive pizza I have ever bought for what I am getting. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone. Save your money & go ANYWHERE else. I’ll not go back there.

I've always liked ordering their pizzas cuz they were always loaded with plenty of items on them. This time I ordered it was skimpy wasn't very happy. I even had items added. Ask the girl if there was pepperoni on here and she pointed to two on the pizza

The store closes at 9pm and I showed up around 8:45pm to make my order. I really appreciate the positive attitude the employee V (name starts with V) presented to me despite the fact that I had her work past closing time. Its not common for everyone to ask how their day was while still working, she seemed like she genuinely cared.

Figaro's Pizza in Sweet Home Oregon is a hidden gem. The staff is courteous and efficient. The pizza, man this is pretty good! Hands down better than the national brands and worth the slightly higher price. Their ingredients are fresh and well balanced on each pie. They don't overdo it on the cheese to drown out the other flavors and their sauce is more savory and delicious than most other places! Good job Figaro's in Sweet Home! Being new to this area they won my business as a new resident!
