Gavin working the night shift at the window was super rad! Great customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything! Even though WE had spaced a beverage, we went back through and he was completely understandable! Keep it up kid!

Depends on the day how it is. The last time I went it did not make me really happy. They put my no salt fries in under my husbands salted ones! Like what!!!??? Always have had them put in a separate small bag. & they were cold which I don't understand since I live 3 min from them & my fries always have to be done up fresh.

I don't write reviews often, however they didn't bother answering their phone and I was sent to a full voicemail box, so this is my only option to tell them how poorly they did.
We got three of the now, $6 bags with the fries, nuggets, and McDouble. The fries were unsalted, cold, and limp, the nuggets tasted like they used burnt or old oil, and besides the burgers being cold, they threw our honey packets in the bag, causing one of them to come open and soak the entire wrapper of the burger on the bottom. If that wasn't enough, the lid to my daughter's sprite wasn't put on all they was so when we went to take it out of the car it popped off and spilled her whole drink.
Usually this McDonald's is pretty good, but this time it let us down in every way.

Got in the drive through line at 9:45, 3 cars in front of me, it took them 45 minutes to move three cars and while I was ordering it switched over to lunch and they canceled my order. Waited another 20 without moving and had to back up and leave. Try and be a little less high at work please

Gave them one star. I wasn't going to give them one at all..very rude, poor service and costumer skills , waited for my food a good 30 min.while ther talking in back and not preparing food like they should have been. place is a joke never again at least not therin Sweet HM.👎
Hopefully nobody trips and gets hurt over the pallet jack out front. I warned them twice about it. Didn't seem to care too much.

When they’re busy or short staffed, they lock the doors to the dining room at whatever time. It’s grad night in town and the drive thru is so long it’s outside their parking lot. I’ve been sitting at the curbside pickup and the app said my order is ready and “on its way” to me 20 minutes ago. Poor management if you’re not prepared for a *predictably* busy night. 😒
