I’v been geting tons of spam emails daily and reported it to ur police station, but nothing has been done. Someone from McDonald’s even hacked my Wi-Fi and phone while I was in their front yard! How could this happen right in tis city??? These spammers and hackers are commiting crimes, and ur lack of action is frusturating. You said it’s not a prioirty but this is afecting me and my personal info could be stolen. Also, ur police station doesn’t even accept reviews on Google Maps (cowerd), so I'm leaving this complain on the McDonald's page instead. Plz respond and do something, or I’ll esclate this complant higher.

I went in for the national cheeseburger day deal for a 50¢ double cheeseburger. Nobody knew how to get me the deal. Couldn't find it on the app even with help

D- this is a bad McDonalds. I ordered a chicken sandwich was given a hamburger. Tables are always nasty and dirty. French fries were cold and looked like cruWHT? Drink station filthy and the ketchup dispenser pours out water downed ketchup. The food is just terrible here. Bathroom always locked. Why? Very poor quality control and I strongly suggest going somewhere else as there is a better McDonalds in Lebanon. Bad choice for food. Don't go here.

Update 08/30/24: I went inside to eat and while most of the experience was great, **they water down their ketchup**. As someone who loves ketchup this is nasty. Ask for ketchup packets because you don't get any in the drive-thru and it's watered down from the pump inside.
Minutes after I placed my order at the kiosk, a couple walked in and ordered at the counter. My order was finished after theirs. The couple's number was 698 but mine was 800. Not sure why ordering at the kiosk is slower or lower priority. The bathrooms have a keypad but they just unlock it if you ask.

This is the worst McDonald's ever. Customer service is horrible. Something is always broken. We ordered an ice cream cone, easy. The guy at the windows tries to give us milk we told him that wasn't us. He says oh you wanted tbe frickin ice cream. Seriously train your staff better
