Another GREAT dinner at The Pointe in Foster! This time I had the Pesto Prawn and Scallop Penne Pasta, and hubby had the Seafood Combo (fried). My prawns were perfectly cooked, as were the scallops and the pesto-cream sauce was delicious and included sliced mushrooms. Hubby often gets the Seafood Combo which he loves and always takes some home for lunch the next day (he says it's just as good the next day). To make things extra special our server, Sunhee, remembered us from other times, and we were glad to have her wait on us as she is EXCELLENT and attentive. Really all the servers, wait staff and cashiers are great there, very friendly, helpful and inviting. We live about 35 mins away from there and will still make the trek. We highly recommend The Pointe, of course I haven't even mentioned the view, but yes, it's across the street from beautiful Foster Lake. Yes, it is more on the high end of price, but worth it.

The waffles were store bought. Not good at all. It supposed to be made! Don't get waffles. That Belgian waffles they sell at walmart! The omelette rib was not with flavor cooked well, but with no flavor.

What a lovely experience we had at this restaurant! Heading over the pass, we decided to stop and get a bite to eat before the long stretch. The view is stunning, the food was all amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Friday night after Thanksgiving… oh my! The BEST prime rib my husband & I have had in a while 💃🏻🎶🕺 when the knife cuts through like softened butter you know it’s gonna be most delish -> sets the mouth ready to receive. Kay was our waitress and she’s a down to earth sweetheart. And a beautiful picture of Foster Lake out our window
