These employees know how to keep a line running. It's usually very busy here. Food is almost always in stock and prices, well it's Starbucks. I do come here whenever I'm in town.

Slow service that sometimes includes a crude & rude manager. Prices often double what I pay elsewhere. BUT currently they are allowing a white supremacist to hold ‘demonstrations’ on their property. I used to go to Safeway for some items even though it required dealing with prior issues. Now? I am happy to even pay extra to have product delivered to me from a different store, rather than give them a penny. Truly a disgrace.

I am genuinely not given great customer service when I shop at this Safeway. most recently there were literally 8 employees all joking about the Covid-19 at the front registers in a group, this is very serious situation. I also found expired product and the employees at the register found it funny, very unprofessional and disturbing.

Customer service has gone downhill, and shame on you for firing a few really good people who had seniority. I'll be looking for another place to shop.
