Ordered a sandwich online and came in to be told it wasn't ready and they were missing half it's ingredients so I canceled it and was told I would get my money back this was a month ago and I have yet to even be contacted by a manager

I can't stand this subway they never get my order right. I see why they don't answer there phones what idiots. I can see messing up but every single time please hire smart people that listen to orders thanks I don't eat tonight because of bad customer service

My delivery order was not the best. My sandwich was made incorrectly and barely had anything on it. My drink was also missing, and I paid almost $20 for it. To make matters worse, I can't even contact them to get a refund or have it fixed.

This place has the most over priced pathetic sandwiches. I've had trouble ordering online a few times. The drive-thru is a joke. Try ordering a sandwiche from the peanuts mom/ teacher. Then hope they actually get it right. I don't like the sad lettuce and never order it but about half the time I seem to get it anyways.
I only get subs from thriftway now. Way better and less money.

Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat. And stop talking about how you don't eat meat because nobody cares.

Dietary restrictions: If you really are allergic you may want to supervise your order. Ingredients often touch each other and that knife they cut with probably gets washed...

Parking: Very nice paved lot with plenty of spots. If you are pulling a trailer I recommend you use the street parking.

Kid-friendliness: They actually allow kids. It's very brightly colored and you can change diapers in their bathrooms.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have ramps and reserved parking spots. The also have bathrooms that allow for ada.

Made a mobile order for the first time. Made both of the sandwiches wrong. Called and lady was rude. Told me I had to bring in both FULL sandwiches with receipt. I had already took a few bites before I realized it was made wrong:/

Absolutely unacceptable service.
Ordered online twice. The first time, after the online app said my order was ready, I got there only to find that my order wasn't even going to be made because they ran out of bread. It then took 12 days for a refund without a call or anything from management. The secund AND FINAL TIME, I got there only to wait for over 30 minutes as other people were helped. I was told that the people ahead of me had to be helped first. My order was there before ANY of the ones they were helping even got to the store!
When I expressed my frustration, I was met with NOT AN APOLOGY, but a "as are we, ma'am."
I'm a disabled person who utilizes online services because I NEED TO. Sweet Home Subway could care less about people like me! You only matter to them if you are face to face.

I have been here before using the drive thru and both times I’ve waited for extended time service from the employee was great food was great service not so great please for the love of god get a few more employees so wait times aren’t overly long.
