We ordered two 6-in sandwiches, one of the sandwiches was probably 3 in Long. Both of ours had steak & the steak tasted old, not very good at all we also ordered a $5 chocolate chip cookie which was so sickening sweet we couldn't even eat it. We live here in Sweet Home and I doubt we'll be returning for a while

I was the only car, and only one customer inside but my order took 30 minutes! Why did I even wait.? Their explanation 'just two of us and a lot of on line orders. Here is my suggestion.. the drive thru customer is priority over online customers!

Very unorganized and no communication between co-workers. Wife had to repeat her order three times. The miniscule amount of "extra onions" was ridiculously small. Been to many subways all over the United States. We will not be returning to this particular one.1280 10th Ave SSweet Home Oregon

The last 3 or 4 times I have gone through the drive through in the evening they have toasted my sandwich changing the flavor of a sandwich I regularly order. I always say no to my sandwhich being toasted. It seems if you have a sandwhich in your order being toasted(in my case my husbands) they just toast them all. At least 2 of those times they had also added extra items I had not wanted or missed items I had asked for in my order.

THIS subway has ZERO DEALS, AND NEVER HAS THE DEALS that are ADVERTISED ON TV, OR THAT YOU WILL GET FROM FLYERS IN THE MAIL. SWEET HOME OREGON subway has NO FLYERS IN MAIL. Why is that.!!?? What a rip offplace!!

Normally I have a fair experience with Subway but tonight I was dashing for a customer and wasn't informed they were out of cookies and was infer the impression they would be ready in 15 minutes after waiting over a half hour I finally got the customers cookies.

Skip if you can.1. I usually don’t do this. Literally couldn’t believe how bad this experience was.2. I don’t want Alex to ruin your day.I pulled up at 7pm on a Saturday. All of the lights were off & there was not a single car in the parking lot. I pulled into the drive thru & pulled out my phone to double check the hours. Someone comes on & tells me to wait which is fine. The tone, attitude, and demeaning nature of the exchange was absolutely horrendous. I was shaking from anger by the end of it just answering questions. When I pulled up to the window, the person helping me was wearing a hat with the name tag Alex. Sweet Home Subway, do yourself a favor & give this person the janitor position or something that doesn’t require them to work with customers unless you’re okay with them driving away your customer base.
