Just moved here had Taco Bell for the first time and called a guy sir sorry bro best double stacked tacos I ever had

When we first go to the restaurant there was a gal scrubbing the sidewalk outside. We entered and the floor was dirty and tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table. The guy Alec, I think was his name, he told me we had to do our own ordering on a kiosk only. That the 4 big screens up above the register don't have the menu on them. The place where they put our order, for us to come get, was dirty.
We have 5 people in our party, so imagine spending $1-$10 person. I expect a cleaner restaurant and better customer service. When my name was called for me to pick it up at the counter, I asked the girl for our cups to fill up our drinks and she said she didn't know what we ordered or what size we ordered. So I had to ask my party the sizes of cups, one was a Baja Blast, the gal at the counter said we could make our own. Also the Catalina Chicken bowl had a really spicy sauce that is not usually on the same dish I order back home at our Taco Bell. I will NEVER visit the Sweet Home, Oregon, Taco Bell again.

For some reason every time I get Taco Bell at night time my orders are never correct or are missing items. And I still get charged extra for the modified items and they aren’t modified! It’s extremely aggravating. I worked at Taco Bell for 2 years in Lebanon and ik for a fact it’s not that hard to get the order correct. Please do something about your night shift

Everytime we go here something always gets messed up. Especially the Mexican pizza. Today I ordered one and it tastes so stale and it's so dry. The chips were stale tasting as well. The chalupa I ordered was supposed to be beef but was chicken, My taco fell apart my whole food order was a waste. Spent $35 and barely ate my food. I have given this place so many chances and I'm tired of always something wrong with my order. Please do better!

It's disappointing that when you go into the restaurant and your not acknowledged as a customer as you come in, and when you come in all you have is a order station. We customized our items using their order station and they did not order our meals the way we ordered them. As they gave us our order items we're missing, turns out the employee forgot them on their bagging counter space. I asked to speak to a supervisor about their hours of being open as it is not posted any where, and the employee couldn't give me a straight answer of there Taco Bell hours in Sweet Home nor find a supervisor.

If you door dash from this restaurant they will not give you any hot sauce. This has happened every time we’ve ordered through the app. I’m not blaming door dash at all. This is on the restaurant. Our order this time was over $50 and I specifically asked for extra sauce and when it arrived there was none. Which was disappointing because the Crunchwrap supreme that I ordered was dry and burnt.

They started off really good, great staff and service, but after probably a staffing change, things have gone downhill fast. I was home sick one night, so my partner went to pick me up a Veggie Mexican pizza and a bean and cheese burrito, add pico. Seemed simple enough. However, he came back charged for exactly what I ordered and my Mexican pizza looked like a smashed meatloaf cake full of beef and the bean and cheese had no added pico, despite the receipt being correctly charged. I don’t eat meat so my main item was inedible (questionably edible, even if I did eat meat). I called just to let them know my order was wrong, could no longer eat my food and that my call was just to bring awareness to the issue. The manager laughed and said “well, at least you can eat the burrito.” I said yes, but that was not my main item and it also did not have the charged pico de galeo. A “sorry” or “I’ll talk to my staff” would’ve sufficed. Show a little compassion for your repeated screw ups. I have repeatedly got smashed, wrong and cold items thinking it was my bad luck, but after hearing their night shift manager’s attitude, I can see why they’ve gone downhill.

Drive thru guy who took my order is nice. Girl who handed the food can't smile or repeat order, so I had to go inside and get the rest of my order. Are you guys out of shredded cheese?

Ordered online, 2 quesadillas. Received them burnt, no jalapeño sauce, barely any cheese, and not even cut ? almost $25 thru door dash, and had to throw them away after waiting an hr and a half for them :(

Absolutely horrendous service you can stand at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone taking your order or even acknowledging your existence
