I just got home after ordering Supreme Crunchwrap & Sr. Diet Pepsi. There was NO meat/bean on it & it wasn't wrapped properly. One side was bunched up instead of folded over toward center, so stuff was falling out. Very sloppy work!!!

Used the drivethru. Didn't know what we wanted and no one was behind us, we literally were looking for 1 minute and 3 different people over the speaker asked if we were ready yet. Honestly they were probably just joking around and having fun in there, but it was so irritating and rude and my husband felt so rushed he didn't even want anything.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Slow at the drive through just for them not to not do what i asked. I asked for a crunchwrap with no sourcream or tomatoes and they gave me one WITH sour cream and tomatoes. This is careless and needs to be dealt with.

Food is decent… service was borderline OK… dude that was working the window slammed open his window (door) basically throws the bag out to me and doesn’t say a word… I don’t expect top tier service but atleast a “have a good night” overall guy hates his job and hates serving people. 1.8/5 overall.

Got food and the tortillas were cold and hard, I ordered from the kiosk so there was no reason for that. I got my dorito taco completely crushed and when I asked for a new one they responded very rude. I got a quesadilla and it was not cut. And the people who ordered food right next to us also got a messed up order. Terrible customer service, terrible food.
I went through the drive through where I tried to communicate with someone on the speaker after several attempts, not sure if there was a hearing issue or what. But when i pulled up, the manager Tara was screaming in my face to get out of her line. I could even see spit flying out of her mouth! Meanwhile the employee next to her was trying to help me. Not sure what occurred to make her do this, the line was pretty long. Either way not an excuse. Will not be coming here again.

When we first go to the restaurant there was a gal scrubbing the sidewalk outside. We entered and the floor was dirty and tables were dirty. We had to clean our own table. The guy Alec, I think was his name, he told me we had to do our own ordering on a kiosk only. That the 4 big screens up above the register don't have the menu on them. The place where they put our order, for us to come get, was dirty. We have 5 people in our party, so imagine spending $1-$10 person. I expect a cleaner restaurant and better customer service. When my name was called for me to pick it up at the counter, I asked the girl for our cups to fill up our drinks and she said she didn't know what we ordered or what size we ordered. So I had to ask my party the sizes of cups, one was a Baja Blast, the gal at the counter said we could make our own. Also the Catalina Chicken bowl had a really spicy sauce that is not usually on the same dish I order back home at our Taco Bell. I will NEVER visit the Sweet Home, Oregon, Taco Bell again.
