I would attach pictures but I ate it already.I’m a simple guy. The chocolate chunk cookie is my #1. My friends are big fans of the sandwich cookies too. It’s all just divine, and there’s plenty to choose from.Bright Star Bakery is a must. Not to mention, Ross just totally rules, and I always look forward to chatting with him. Truly a gem, and especially a blessing for the vegans of the Rogue Valley.

I’m obsessed!! I have absolutely NO dietary restrictions (gluten free/ dairy free etc), and I’d still rather eat their stuff than anything else. I search for these baked goods every time I go to a market or craft fair in southern OR.Their savory stuff - scones etc, are absolutely amazing, and necessary when buying a hundred cookies which I always do. The sandwich cookies are best but everything is killer ????
Simply the best gluten free bakery I’ve tried. Better than bakeries with gluten. The flavors are just amazing and there is clearly a lot of intention in the baking + ingredient choice. Highly recommend ordering something or finding them at the farmers market.

I get this company’s cookies from Food 4 Less often (near the gluten-free bread wall) and they are always so delicious! My favorite is the Triple Ginger Molasses cookies, they are like heaven. Also the Chocolate Chunk cookies are so good too, they’re topped with sea salt which definitely makes it chef’s kiss worthy! Both cookie dough’s are also available at Market of Choice as well near the ice cream.
