I’m a semi-regular at the GP grower’s market just for this bakery. The cookies are unreal! S’mores and chocolate chip mint are my favorites. But my favorite thing of all might be Ross. He is such a sweet guy, and I would pay extra just for his kindness. He and my husband act like old buddies, but they don’t know each others’ names, it’s pretty cute. Thank goodness we have this bakery in the valley.
The triple ginger molasses cookie from Bright Star Bakery is my favorite food on the planet. Sure, it's vegan and gluten free, but what really matters is that it's delectable.
