Authentic and Reasonably Priced.El Taco is one of my two favorite Mexican food trucks in the area. The owner and workers are easy going. The food comes out pretty quickly and the prices are reasonable. This cart is one of the most reasonably priced meals in this area.Birra Tacos and chicken tacos are my favorite dishes. The beans are good.Don't expect an attractive atmosphere. They offer benches to eat but they are situated near a construction site. I don't mind. I'm not going for the atmosphere.Want a delicious, quick bite under 10 bucks? This is the place.

Food was delicious, came out quickly, people were friendly. A tad expensive for some items but it's getting that way everywhere.

Low-key Mexican food truck in truck stop... service to me was welcoming as I walked up. A lady was polite and greeted me as soon as she saw me. everything on the menu looked so good, but I went with the quesadilla with al pastor, lettuce, Pico de Gallo, avocado, sour cream, a jalapeno on the side, salsa green and red. The taste was great. Al pastor was just right with enough cheese to keep it together. Green salsa was flavorful while the red one had a nice kick to it. Everything went well together. Definitely, Mexican flavor all throughout would be back if I'm around. I would recommend it if you live close by! ? Just tried their tacos and, again, a delicious, very flavorful, good portion for the price of the meal!

Very tasty! Nice to have some variety here in Talent.Don’t let the 1 star reviews deter you. If I had to guess based off their names and it being their only reviews ever given, they’re probably local competition with poor attitudes.

My favorite Mexican food in the Rogue Valley! Soooo delicious ? Fair prices, and you get your money's worth for sure! We eat there twice a week at minimum. Support Mom & Pop businesses! El Taco is awesome!!!!!! Off exit 21 in Talent right past the Chevron station!! ❤open 7 days a week 10:30am to 9pm!!! ?

Cheap, fast, friendly, and most importantly delicious. My Pork burrito was generous, it had lots of flavor and good combination of ingredients. The sharp saltiness of the pork was perfectly balanced by the cheese, loved it. Crucially it didn't leak, which scores lots of points in my book. I'll be back for tacos next!

Parking: The parking lot is massive and mostly empty most days.
