Just had the cabbage rolls with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies. What a perfect meal for a rainy day. The cabbage rolls were tender and very flavorful same with the mashed potatoes and fresh veggies! You can tell it was made with love! So happy to have finally tried their food. Will definitely be back to explore the menu. You can even eat your food in the beer pub at Black Bird 😃

Wonderful food! I have always wanted to try polish food and it is amazing! Took a while to find so if you are looking for this food truck it is in the new Black Bird parking lot in Phoenix.

I was headed yo Clyde's Corner and found Julek's little food trailer, and I'm happy that I did... She put care and attention to details, sourced quality ingredients and brought it all together very well, I'd recommend to just about anyone that you will indeed be satisfied with this polish cuisine.

Absolutely delicious pierogi, fast service, and the owner is very sweet and friendly!

We shared take out tonight and were both impressed with the generous helping of pork roast, the tasty dill mashed potatoes, the savory beet salad and the interesting combinations in all four kinds of pierogi! We will be back for this authentic Polish food from the cart in front of the Phoenix Blackbird! It's difficult to rate atmosphere from a food truck but the picnic in our backyard is priceless!

The food was really good. Tried a daily special (walnut and prune stuffed pork chop with mashed potatoes and fresh sautéed veggies), two of the four pirogies (potato, spinach), the beet salad and vegetarian cabbage rolls. There is a nice place to sit at tables in the shade while you eat or wait (we took ours to go). But we ate too greedily to take pictures!

Hands down the tastiest food I’ve had in a long time! I’ve tried several things from the menu and all were delicious! Whatever you choose, you will NOT be disappointed! The flavors were all so unique and incredible and you can tell the ingredients are high quality! Friendly service, too! Highly recommend!!

I stopped at the Phoenix blackbird for the first time and happened upon this food truck while I was there. The food I got was really good and the woman making it was so lovely and kind. Highly recommend.
