I don't know...if you are looking for a restaurant experience, this may not be it for you.You order at a counter from distracted and unhelpful staff.Burgers come with no sides, and they won't cook them to temperature.You have to get all your own utensils, napkins, and bus your table.I don't necessarily have a problem with any of this. But charging full service prices for no and/or poor service isn't what I expected or hoped for.

The food is not worth the price. The side of fries and tots is smaller than a small fry from McDonald’s. I will stick to Big Al’s for my burgers and fries and get a real amount of food. I was very excited to see that the Pump House came back, but they have definitely not come back to the level they were before. So sad, as I would like to support the restaurants in my home town, Especially when it’s the only place in town serves that serve burger and fries.

Disappointing after they shut down the original and opened as the Mexican restaurant then decided to make a comeback as pump house 2.0, it's not the same. Quality and quantity.My smothered fries barely have any topping, my burger was like a pre-made patty and the bun was soggy falling apart.Disappointed as this used to be my partner and I go to for date night to stay local..

My favorite Mexican place in the valley and the only place I will order enchiladas! Everything is delicious.
Carne asada burrito is amazing! This was the old pumphouse and I have to say I like 100 times better! Awesome atmosphere for family bonding and kids running around while curing a healthy appetite! A must hit when in the talent Ashland area!

Rogue Taco’s food is not gluten free and NOT SAFE FOR CELIACS. That said, their food is mouthwateringly delicious and is almost worth suffering an autoimmune reaction to taste again. If your body is gluten compatible, I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Just don’t tell me how good it was, I’m still sad I can’t eat there anymore. (They do not use a separate fryer or have gluten cross contamination protocols so if you have a gluten allergy or celiac’s disease it is not safe for you to eat here. Some of the staff are not trained on preventing allergen cross contamination protocols.)

We tried the New Mexican food menu last night and the food was great. Still typical production chaos as the old place…getting orders wrong. Staff very friendly.We went around d 5:45pm on a Saturday and thought we would have to wait forever. There was only about 15 people there. Food was quick and tasted great but I’m not sure switching to a full Mexican food menu was a great idea. The Pump House was all about comfort food…burgers, fries, tots. We saw several people come in, look at the menu and walk out. Hope it works out.

Over priced gentrified Americanized Mexican food that cuts every corner possible. There are 10s of taco trucks that serve much better food at 1/4 of the price right around the corner. Why are you using pump house reviews for this restaurant?
