I go there once a week for breakfast and have never had a bad meal yet. The smiles across the counter and courteous staff are a welcome change from other restaurants I have been a patron of. They are wonderful!
I have made the Sweet Beet Station in Talent my go-to place for breakfast and lunch. Often, I order breakfast for lunch.
Sweet Beet Station is a renovated old railway station and a train goes by probably once a day! There is outside seating for warm days and also more than adequate space inside. The restaurant is in the middle of a residential neighborhood and quiet.

Food was healthy, with large portions, and lots of GF and vegan options. Coffee and GF cookie was great.
Outdoor seating was great and pets are welcome for outside dining.
You do need to bus your own table, which is no big deal in my opinion, but be warned if you are opposed to doing so.
