We had a fantastic dinner with friends. My husband’s Prime Rib and my Flank Round Up were both delicious, with portions generous enough to share. Our friends enjoyed the Fish & Chips and French Dip, and everyone left happy and full.
Melissa provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and professional.
The only drawback was dealing with a few persistent flies during our meal. It was a small distraction from an otherwise excellent dining experience, but the quality of the food and service still made it a night worth remembering.

The food at The Pump House is absolutely fantastic, and the service is truly outstanding! Our waitress, Brooke, was incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming. She recommended an amazing steak that we loved, and when she found out my birthday was coming up, she surprised us with the most delicious chocolate fondant. Such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommend this place for both the food and the wonderful hospitality.

My mom and I came to Terrabone for a week from Washington for a little vacation and we ate at The Pumphouse 7 times! The food is amazing, we had the coconut shrimp, fish and chips, rib eye steak, crispy ravioli, jalapeño poppers, soft pretzel, club sandwich, chicken basil, carrot cake, cheese cake, peach cobbler, and some drinks, it was THAT good! All of our servers were so nice and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. If I’m in the area again, I know where my first stop will be.

Six of us had a fantastic evening meal at the Pump house tonight after traveling all day. All the food was well made and well presented. I enjoyed the pork osso bucco which was fall off the bone tender. The brussel sprout appetizer was one of the best I have had and the made-from-scratch carrot cake bested my grandmother’s. The REAL star of the night was our waitress, Chelsea! Perfect service and a hysterically witty presentation. Her ability to balance the work of serving a large table and have us all laughing our way through the meal was a special treat. Chelsea, you now have fans from Portland and Seattle! A solid 5-Stars across the board!!!

Was our favorite restaurant in Central Oregon for years. Not anymore. New menu. Food was not good. Service was horrible and the air conditioning was freezing. Not sure if the girls just got too busy with their two new restaurants to care about the pump house anymore, but it's really sad. Used to be a great place
