I have lived here on the Ranch for 15 years and seen the changes the Sandbagger has gone through. We use to eat here at least once a week. Then they changed the menu and my favorite Whiskey burger was gone as well as other favorite items and the general quality of the meal diminished. Many of our friends who live here on the Ranch also noticed. After not going there for about 3 years (COVID ) we decided to try again. Went to Taco Tuesday and it was really good. Went back again in a few weeks with friends and had the Fish and Chips and it was also great. Ok Sandbagger looks like you got your act together so we are back........also.....French fries are GREAT!

Always understaffed. The staff that is there was awesome for what they could do, but spread way to thin. Confusion on if kids are allowed or not since the restraint door is recessed and off to the side.

Mid-afternoon for drinks. Great atmosphere (not fancy), loved the free shuffle board, my G&Ts were great. Servers were pleasant

We had a great lunch as a family. Food was amazing sadly forgot to take pictures. 6 of us and no complaints on our food or service. Best dollar fries around.Parking: Paved and gravel area for bigger vehicles.Wheelchair accessibility: No issues that we saw as father uses walker and entry is wheelchair accessible and easily can sit at tables.

Saturday we went to Sandbagger with friends that just finished Gambler 500, we ordered Prime Rib which I was looking forward to as it has been great in the past. We walked in, one waitress one bartenderr the place was packed. A 20 top just finished waitress was running around with little help. When the PR arrive the "baked" potatoe was smashed on to the plate, no foil, little skin to cold to melt butter, vegis shriveled, but the worst part.. the au jus smelled like limberger cheese we both thought we were getting a whiff of blue cheese dressing but it was the meat and sauce. The meat was grey like they had microwaved it, when we called the waitress over she was repulsed by the smell, why she served it I don't know, they refunded the money becuz it was obviously so vile. I should have kept it and taken it to the Health Dept. it was that bad. If the cooks don't want to serve something why not say they are out instead of serving something so disgusting. This has been my favolrite place for 8 years, I will be sharing my experience with eveyone I know at CRR. I get staffing is an issue but shouldn't someone alert management get a bus person down there to help at the very least, well that's what you do if you care. I can still smell that meat.
My gf and I stayed next door at Smith Rock Resort. The resort is great, but this place is not. If you aren’t a golfer or a single person it’s quite obvious you aren’t worth the time in here. It’s very unfortunate the resort gets associated with this place. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of zero service, no waters, no menus, and no we will be right with you. We had to get menus from another couple that were also sitting waiting since before we got there. We drove into Redmond for a much better experience. Definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this to our friends or family.

Was not impressed with meatloaf dinner. Can't complain about anything else. Great little spot to play pool, gamble and have a few drinks. Had a great time.

Good food. Good service. Good people! Had a side dish of mushrooms. I highly recommend it. Other food was good also!!!

Good entertainment. Karaoke on Fri eve after 8. Shuffle board. I had the French dip that was quite good. They need another staff member right now. So the service was a little slow. Reasonable pricing on food and drink, when compared to average Central OR prices.
