Extremely cozy place. We stopped by driving back from the coast during a very rainy day, we were so glad we did. Good drip coffee and the Carrot cake was just fantastic. Lovely roadside diner with lovely staff and patrons.
This is a great restaurant that serves amazing food. The Ron's burger is my new favorite thing to get there. I highly recommend it. It had so much flavor. It was big enough that I took the 2nd half of the burger for my lunch the next day!
Cute Family Diner
Ordered steak and eggs. It was delicious. The eggs were perfectly over easy and the steak was perfectly medium rare.
They have excellent coffe and desserts there, too. I've driven by this place many times on my way t
o the coast. I'm glad we finally stopped in.
The bathrooms definitely need cleaning and remodeling. That was the worst part. 😫 Dirty, cramped, and the men's room door to the stall doesn't lock.
But, I'd definitely eat here again.
Stopped in for lunch today. Alice's has always been a favorite. Before we moved to Tillamook we would drive out a few times a year JUST to go to Alice's. Today the club sandwiches were excellent as always! My favorite. Got some of their FAMOUS carrot cake to go.....absolutely to die for! The BEST I've ever had!! 11/10!
I really enjoyed the brunch at this spot. It’s a great stop on your way back from the coast, and the interior is amazingly decorated with antiques. Definitely a unique experience.
Stopped off after a hike and this is a must try.. everything is homemade and oh mu gosh..Apsolutly best cake ive ever had. Will for sure be back to try soup for sure
Always great.
Stopped by to get a couple of slices of pie to go. Once inside, the space was cramped and there was no place to stand without mostly blocking the narrow hallway where the front counter is located. I felt mildly claustrophobic while inside.
I ordered a slice of peach and a slice of blueberry that were listed on the board. They couldn't find the peach pie, and no one seemed to know if they actually had any. It took several minutes and several people to figure out that they did not have any. So I ordered rhubarb instead. Slices were tiny, but that's fine.
First bite of the rhubarb pie was inedible, the rhubarb was so fibrous that I couldn't chew it enough to swallow it, and I had to spit out the woody fiber. The flavor was decent though, and not every bite was inedible.
The blueberry pie was soupy and tasted like cleanser. A couple of bites were all I could manage as I was wondering what sort of toxic chemicals I was ingesting.
The rest of their food might be better than their pie but I won't be back to find out.
Pie was like a ladle of blue berry's on a piece of crust ( served with spoon not a fork) server was non-attentive there were 2 people in the place very disappointed

Listen, don't let the exterior fool you, this restaurant is legit. The pie is the best part, and they even served it with a dessert fork. You can even buy a whole pie if it's available.
So if you're stuck behind a line of 10 cars (or not), stop here - it's worth it.
Food is very well done. Service is excellent, desserts are amazing and the prices are great. FREE COFFEE TOO!
All the different foods I've eaten here have been delicious!
Great place. Excellent breakfast and desserts.
Some amazing Raspberry jam.
We bought a pint for the road.

We stopped for breakfast/brunch on our way back to Portland and enjoyed our food.
The service was excellent, fast and friendly, and the restaurant was cozy.
We had chicken fried steak and eggs and eggs with bacon.
The steak was savory and tender but lacked the "chicken fried" taste and crispiness.
The pepper bacon was a highlight of my eggs and bacon but the real star was the homemade raspberry jam! We even bought a pint to take home!
We stop here often, and will again!
