A very famous and classic brewery in Oregon that makes naturally fermented beer. All its wines are naturally fermented. If you are not familiar with natural beer, I recommend you to come and drink it. If you like drinking beer but haven’t been here yet, you should definitely come and check it out! There are also many natural fermented and wild fermented beers from Belgium and the United States available here. They are all classic and must-drink, and there are many varieties. The only drawback is that most of the items are bottled for internal use, so drinking 750ml at a time is actually very hard, and there is no way to taste small amounts and variety.

Some of the best beer in Oregon. I recommend The Nelson. Funky and tasty. Really chill spot too, with a staff that cares and has good recommendations for your tastes. I made the trip from Seattle because several people I know told me it was worth a trip in itself.

Our friends have raved about this place the last two times I visited Oregon, and we were finally able to make it here today. We ordered octo, blackberry, bellini, and framboise. Our favorites were bellini and blackberry. We took the blackberry to go for our friend. Highly recommend bellini, or tasting a few before settling. They are slightly sour but right up my alley. Beautiful space.
