Debbie D's Jerky & Sausage

I went in on 9/9/2025 because i saw online they could vacuum seal Salmon and i had some i had caught on 9/8/2025 that I needed packaged to fly back home. I went in and Tim was working while Debbie was out. Tim was AWESOME! We had a great conversation while he packaged our Salmon and he really took care of us! I cannot recommend this place enough. Debbie D's Marionberry seedless preserve.

So I cooked up some lamb, wild rice, asparagus and bearnaise. Naturally I went looking in the fridge for some black current jelly but discovered I was out.

Fortunately I had a small Marionberry jelly purchased from Debbie D's.

It worked. It's a wonderful side to lamb.

I'll have to visit again.

Very good hand crafted smoked meats and jerky. Charming owner that really cares about her products. Friendly service. Teriyaki Beef Sticks and Beef Jerky were excellent in flavor and texture.

Always a great experience!

This is an excellent place to get fresh smoked meats. There is a larger selection here than the other large nearby smoker. They not only smoke jerky and pepperoni, but also have summer-sausage, liverwaurst, smoked salmon, and sausages. There are many sauses also. We always stop here to purchase treats for ourselves and to get gifts for friends at home. The owners will serve you directly, chat, and give you samples. Enjoy this local establishment of Tillamook before she retires!

Debbie and Tim are friendly & welcoming! It’s unfortunate that they don’t make poultry products, but with her trying to sell the business I get it. She sells smoked salmon, salmon jerky and other products aside from beef. Local fixture, pairs well with wine & Blue Heron cheese. 🍷 If you’re lucky, Tim will be there in a classic car! 🙂

Debbie D doesn’t just sell jerky, she sells PASSION. Her meat was seasoned and smoked to perfection. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into every cut. BRAVO.

The jalapeno cheddar is freaking AMAZING! You can tell the owners love what they do and they are so friendly and just lovable people. Will absolutely go again if we come around here.

Highly recommend checking out, Debbie D’s. First, she was the only one in town that could cryovack and freeze all the fish we caught. That gave us the ability to pack it in a cooler and fly it back with us to Florida. I wish I would’ve bought more salmon jerky because it was amazing. She loves food and you can tell through the products she puts out. Thank you for your service you made our vacation extra memorable.

Stopped at Debbie's twice on our trip. Her smoked meats are outstanding! She is a gem and lived hearing her stories. If we don't meet again enjoy retirement.

Debbie is super friendly and helpful! Loved the wide variety of sausages and cheese she offers! Definitely recommend!

Pepper Beef Sticks are phenomenal. Would definitely go here over other places in town.
