We waited in line for 30 minutes with only 8 cars ahead of us. We asked our drinks to be at 190 degrees. When we got the drinks from the lady we asked if they were 190 degrees and she said, “they should be”. Well we get down the road and they were barely warm.

They didn't get our order right, no extra shots of coffee, no flavor at all. If you want a cup of milk with a hint of coffee for $7 then this is definitely the place for you

This is the third or fourth DB that was out of eggnog this season. It's like none of them make an effort to keep an in demand product stocked? Also, the points expire much more aggressively nowadays, and I lost 140 points before I could even redeem them. Used to love DB, but disappointed this season.
It's always fun going to Dutch Bros. The employee’s are really nice, and are good at what they do. Some ask about what you've been up to, others just do their best to give a smile. And sometimes that's all it takes to make a person's day better.

They are always so kind and patient despite the people they put up with! One time, i even ordered over 20 drinks for coworkers and they handled it all with a smile, they got it done in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive, I've never waited in their line more then 15 minutes, even when the cars line up all the way back to the highway
