This is the third or fourth DB that was out of eggnog this season. It's like none of them make an effort to keep an in demand product stocked? Also, the points expire much more aggressively nowadays, and I lost 140 points before I could even redeem them. Used to love DB, but disappointed this season.

They are always so kind and patient despite the people they put up with! One time, i even ordered over 20 drinks for coworkers and they handled it all with a smile, they got it done in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive, I've never waited in their line more then 15 minutes, even when the cars line up all the way back to the highway

I just waited almost ((( 40 minutes))) in a line with six cars in front of me and approx 5 behind us. No one taking orders outside. There wasn’t a problem with orders that we could see as No one sending drinks back and each car ordered only two drinks. They were just taking FOREVER. When we pulled up we noticed there were three employees and only one looked as if they were working. They were the least friendly employees I’ve ever seen at Dutch Bros. The other two were standing around and moving incredibly slow. When we finally got our coffee they were gross. We buy the same drinks all the time at other Dutch Bros and they were not made accurately, but we wouldn’t dare make the people wait for us to send our drinks back. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch bros.
