This location consistently gets my order wrong. I order it the same way every time, and they get it wrong every time. It's not a complicated order, I just like my chai a little stronger. But every time they make a chai with any change at all, they dump half a pot of coffee in. If I wanted coffee, I would not specify NO COFFEE!I don't like to throw words like "incompetent" around. But when they have screwed up a very simple order more than once a month for a year, there isn't a lot of wiggle room. This does not happen at other locations. It is a phenomenon contained to Tillamook in my experience. Given the plethora of competition, I doubt I will order here again.

Jillian is amazing we are visiting from Georgia and she was the sweetest patient host I’ve never had this coffee. I also can’t have dairy and didn’t know the drink I had was half and half she switched it to oat milk last minute that’s what I call service ! Amazing energy and personality and she gave me stickers to take back home. It’s the little things that make the trip memorable. This chick needs a raise! Thank you for making this an amazing vacation.

The person who took my order was very nice and helpful when choosing drink. I was there for about an hour from ordering to receiving my drink. Once 20 minutes had past I thought it would be easier to just leave since I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me that I was getting this drink to help with, however the area is so small that there was no way for me to get out of the line so I was forced to wait an hour for my drink. A $5 small drink is not worth an hour wait.
