Good service and atmosphere, but the food is predictable, bland, and quite ordinary northern Mexican food -and is tailored to mid-western taste buds ( very little spice and no adventure).

Wonderful food! I loved that they restaurant wasn't super loud, we were able to talk 🦖 it was our anniversary ❤️ it was perfect and a calm atmosphere. I had the house flights and ill say the lavender was really good! I also enjoyed the peach....not a fan of banana 🍌 😄 but 3 out of 4 isn't bad . Great place to stop, on your way out of town!
Extremely wonderful service and even better food! Took maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get our food after being seated and it was HOT. I will always recommend La Mexicana to someone and will likely be going back soon.
