I ordered a cake for my husband's Birthday to pick up by noon on Saturday. I had an appointment in Portland on Friday, so we stayed the night. I completely forgot and noticed the text they sent at 11:45 AM around or after 5:00 PM. I responded apologizing. They are so amazing that they offered to meet the next day (a day that they are closed) so that we can get the cake. I will likely never buy a cake from anyone else as long as I live in Tillamook County. They are amazing people and the cake was both beautiful and delicious! Thank you Sarasota's, for being the best. Usually carrot cake is the go-to birthday cake. This time for my daughter's birthday we did lemon cake with lemon filling. Melt-in-your- mouth good. Even picky grandchildren liked it. It was light, tart, with just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you for the quality you bring to Tillamook.

It was beautiful...and exceptionally delicious. The cake was baked to perfection, and the combo of flavors was outstanding. I also grabbed one of their savory scones at pick up. Fantastic.
