I know Steve personally, and no, he doesn't smoke! Well, cigarettes anyway! ? But, he definitely does know how to smoke quality meat with exceptional flavor! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!! BEST SMOKED MEAT THIS SIDE OF TEXAS.? ? ?
An oasis in Tillamooks vast food desert! I like Tacos, don't get me wrong, but it seems there is a taco truck on every block. Steves has bbq. Yes, bbq. How can you go wrong? Fantastic tri tip and excellent choices for sides. I had the "1 meat plate" with a side of beans (of course!) And smokin mac n cheese.
