I ordered a hot iced coffee and it had no ice. Frankly, if you ask me I say it was better back in the good old days. Taxes were lower, the IRA wasn’t after me, and you could get a hotdog for 1.99 at the barbershop. It was good, and all were happy. Sure, the floors are clean and my phone has more storage, but where’s the sense of customer satisfaction gone? It was Abraham Lincoln himself who said, “The customer is always right.” Bing bong
Im from Phoenix and I have NEVER had this kind of amazing service. I think it was Kristin(possibly Krystal?) And Hannah who helped me the other day. Great cheerful attitude's, they never made me feel bad for needing a special order and they made it right!
