Went in to get lunch. One person waiting in front of me and one being waited on. After waiting 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff or any customer service from them, walked out without even ordering. It takes two seconds to acknowledge customers as they arrive but very poor customer service to not say anything even after such a long wait.

Me and a friend placed an online curb pickup. The app tells us the order was finished and we wait in the parking lot for 15 - 20 minutes. We ended up having to go in and pick up our order and got told they only offer curbside pick up when it got busy and they handle those orders via Store Pickup or Drive Thru. Would really wish they would have that posted on a sign to eliminate any confusion so i didn't end up with a cold sandwich. Sandwich is still good at least.
The female working needs to keep her mind on her job and of us men in the store! So disgusted, I won't be back!

Tillamook's Subway sandwich shop has the best frontline staff I've ever seen at a Subway... Honestly! I don't know all of their names, but I'll start with Logan, Sarah, Josh and Daniel... All were happy faced and greeted ppl as they came in, eye contact, no pressure to upsell and overall just good natured well groomed young people who clearly know how important customer service is. There's a young lady who works the closing shift that is a pro at customer satisfaction,
i arrived moments before closing, she never flinched or gave that look of
Ugh Im Almost Closed... She smiled and assured me it was fine, she made an incredible sandwich that went with her incredible smile and greeting. The environment is always pristine, the sandwich bar is always clean, fresh looking ingredients, conscientious employees washing hands and cleaning the public areas. Tough competition in a touristy area with eateries, but, with great staff who raised the bar, it's an easy choice. Great parking, ADA compliant wheelchair ramp and seating, restroom clean and stocked with an overall feeling of a consistent scope/standard of practice that ppl want, nobody likes surprises when it comes to dining in or taking out, so, 5 Gold Stars to this

After a great experience in Olympia subway yesterday I decided to stop here for the same sandwich. It was slapped together carelessly and toasted way too short. Chicken was still cold inside. Asked for additional toasting and it was returned in the same nasty wrapping paper. Dirt on the floor and annoying beeping machines all the time. Horrible place

Very bad customer service. The young lady at the service counter was involved in a long conversation with the customer a head of me. She literally stopped working and stood there talking to him about Hawaii. I left and went elsewhere. I understand why the fast food industry is rapidly in decline.
Submitted an order on line today Attempted to pick it up an hour later. Waited in line for twenty minutes only to be told they’d just received the order. Bread was stale, several days old, minimal components, and servers had no personality at all. Should have read prior reviews. Won’t return.

I came in today and ordered 2 six inch subs. The white bread on both sandwiches were HORRIBLE. So dry, stale, flaky and fell apart. We couldn't even eat them. What a waste of $17! The guy at the register has NO personality and was super mono-tone. I won't be back.

I’ll start by saying the young girl who took the order and helped at the window was lovely. But to pay $10 for a flat 6 inch sandwich and $16 for a flat foot long sandwich on stale bread is absurd. There was hardly anything in the sandwiches. I used the drive through so I was not able to see them making them. Also, the prices are not correct out at the drive through and when asking the girl why she said her manager won’t change them even after customers have complained..
