Food was delicious. We had the sopas, birria tacos, taco salad and tacos combo plate. Everyone was beyond satisfied with their food. It came out hot, delicious and full of flavor. Nice covered sitting area to enjoy the food in!

Tillamooks hottest new taco wagon. Located next to the now empty pizza hut building. Good food, affordable pricing, plenty of parking and a large covered area to sit and eat.

Super friendly staff. Fresh food prepared well. We were staying next door at the Blue Heron Cheese Factory. The deli and burger trailer had closed and that led us the nearby food truck Taqueria Mendez. So glad it did we will be regulars here. Recommend

This is a taco truck but there is a tent where you can dine as well! Ordered the birria tacos- crispy on the outside with soft and flavorful meat on the inside. You get a side of consommé too! The mini tacos were good too- they have a big selection of meats to choose from. They also have a selection of freshly made drinks to choose from. I got the tamarind one and it's very refreshing! Sweet and tangy. The cashier was very nice and friendly. Great service, great prices.
