This was a fun and educational experience! Coming from a farm background I found it extra interesting to see the entire process of what happens after the milk leaves the farm.
The self-guided tour was great for us as we were able to read and observe the process as long as we liked. The entire process is detailed out for you to follow along. There are also free cheese samples for you before leaving.
Finally you are able to take in the enormous gift shop and large food court. While we didn’t stop and get any warm food, we did partake of some ice cream on the patio. It goes without saying how delicious it was!
Busy, interesting and worth seeing just for the heck of it.
Cheese heaven
This place is really cool to visit! Very popular and there were a lot of people. Free tour shows and explains all the process’s of how they make the cheese and you can watch it all from browsing windows. Them samples and a gigantic gift shop. And also burgers, pizza, and ice cream available. Of course the ice cream was delicious. A must stop if you’re in Tillamook
Worth the 30 minutes to come in and learn. Not much besides a hallway showing the factory floor with a description of what is going on. There is also a large gift shop and good court.
This is only like my 30th stop here...
Formerly the Tillamook Cheese Factory, the Creamery is a staple for the area, any tourist and the brand is Nationally recognized as GREAT cheese. The food here (both prepared and packaged) is pretty fairly priced, though the souvenirs are expensive but on par with most gift shops on the coast.
Someday I'll get a little loaf person of Sharp Cheddar.
The guided tour is $50 and seems like a good packaged deal, but past the constraints of this guy's wallet 😵💫
Noticed your new mark on the back, TC won't have my support any longer.
Had to get cheese curd and ice cream!
Nestled away in Tillamook Bay on the Oregon coast, Tillamook Creamery offers an interactive experience where you can learn about how they make their dairy products. The two main activities are a self-guided tour on the top floor with an observation deck and a food hall. The tour is cool because it allows you to see how Tillamook makes their cheese from beginning to end. The food hall is an opportunity for you to taste their products. They have Detroit-style pizza, burgers, mac and cheese and of course they're awesome ice cream! Wouldn't get the burger, pizza was actually REALLY tasty. Ice cream was the best part of this experience. Would recommend this as a family-friendly activity to do after a hike or a beach day.
Great stop between Portland and the coast! It seemed to be at it's capacity with few parking spaces and long concession lines, but it's the area's main attraction so that's understandable.
Gift shop had some cute souvenirs, but they were all wildly expensive and/or just had the logo plastered huge all over it. Would've loved more subtle or non-branded cow/cheese/milk merch options.

So good went twice
Cheese! Lil history lesson. Fast in an out
Yo, this place is fun. I don’t care much about the ice cream, but the merchandise is super cute and well-designed. A bit overpriced, but that’s fine.
Your broker, Skyline logistics does not pay their freight bills to the carriers. So we will turn this over to the attorney and they will contact you for payment. PO#AGB8096 Order#735953
We came here for a quick stop on our way to Pacific City! We love the updates, and it looks cool. It’s a must-family spot to stop, especially if you love cheese and ice cream! We didn’t do the tour since we had our doggy with us, but I would recommend it if you’ve never been. The food court lines are long, but it’s not much of a wait. The staff and employees really do a great job of helping everyone fast and efficiently, extremely clean. Bring your family and friends here they will love it too!
