Upstairs Bar & Grill is an okay place for food and beverages. It was definitely the place to be on a Saturday for locals. They only had two bartenders staffed, with no one else except kitchen staff. So it took some time to order drinks and food. But once we were able to order, our food arrived pretty quickly. We ordered a bowl of chili that was tasty, the bar nachos were really good, and the fish n chips were meh (mainly, it seemed like either the oil was bad or they were over fried as they were really slimy)

Jess is amazing! So much better than the neighbor bar, Schooners! Jess was welcoming, accepting and so much fun! Kermit was there too, and almost as fun as Jess, but not quite ;). Can’t wait to come back!

I always order my burgers well done. Been to this place over a dozen times. Lately it's been getting worse. Ordered some slider burgers to go. Got back to Tillamook just for the burgers to raw and not even close to being well done. Called to let them know but just got a snot nose rude server that hung up. This will be the last time my family and friends spend money here. Pretty sad this restaurant couldn't make it right.

This is one of those places that you can tell is important to the local community and worth the stop. Good selection of draft beers, service was great and the namesake burger was messy (a good thing) and super tasty. Would definitely come back
The server with tattoos on their was rude and inattentive. The only difference between me and any other customer was the color of my skin.

Fun local hangout feel. So welcoming to a couple of us passing thru. My gluten sensitivity was not a problem with making a yummy fish sandwich a wrap. Beer was great. Definitely recommend.
