We had a little wait before ordering due to the drive thru being busy. We've eaten at other DQ locations so it was very disappointing that the fries were cooked in old oil and rubbery. We hope it's better next time.

The service was great but the food made me gag. I ordered a chicken strip sandwich and the lettuce was brown and and had one giant glob of mayonnaise in on top of it. I had to return it because it was so bad ?

The ice cream was so melted that our 10-minute home drive was not good. It feels like their ice cream was left out for a few hours and hasn't been frozen. They even did not turn our blizzard upside down when they handed it to us. It feels like all the teenagers that were working there today didn't even get trained properly. It only took me 3 to 8 min to eat my Blizzard and didn't get a brain freeze.

So yall run out of ice cream right close to closing or your young staff didn't want to reclean it? Was in line before 8.. placed my order for a blizzard.... waited at least 10-15 minutes behind a transit van to get to the front line to watch two young gentlemen look at the icecream machine and the silver pan under it.. ( i worked in restaurants way too long to know what this means.... icecream machine had already been cleaned for the night...) this is bad service if they couldn't take the five minutes to re-clean it.sad.. just sad ? then offered me free dilly bars because dairy queen ran "out of ice cream"... very very poor service. I guess they have homework or what not to get home to but still...don't take my order if you already had the machine torn apart before closing.....

My grandparents Fred and Elaine built and owned this Dairy Queen back in the 70s and 80s. My Grandpa knew every customer and would sit down with the regulars for a good conversation. And he was a stellar cook, too. When folks would come in, they would ask, "is Fred cooking today?" Precious memories.?

The two people at the drive up window was extremely rude. Hamburgers are ok, but I usually don't have a hamburger because I can't eat the bread because of diabetis. When I do have a hamburger I just eat the bottom bun. Most of the time some of the chicken strips are hard and have way to much breading on them. The ice cream at least is always delicious.
