Double Take Donuts is small town home town best place in town for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Their breakfast sandwiches are worth making the trip everytime. They are like nothing you've ever had. Whenever we are in town we make sure to make a visit. The owners are also welcoming and so accommodating. They make you feel like family while you're there. If you are in the area, you should make an effort to stop by for a special treat or a filling breakfast sandwiche.
By chance we ran into 1 of the 2 owners at another business in Newport, great guy and very tuned in. He told us about Double Take Donuts, handed us a get 1 free donut card and we were game for the opportunity. I just want to say that it was well worth the stop. We got a dozen donuts, a honey bun (free one) and a t-shirt! We loved meeting the better half of the business, and can’t forget Mom! Did I mention mom was such a sweet lady, and offered us some extra, I’m looking...
Delicious food, delicious donuts and Rebecca made it so much fun. We got breakfast burritos, biscuits and gravy, and breakfast pizza and i have no idea what to pick next time as it was all so yummy!
