This is a fun little restaurant with good food and great service. The seating and chill factor are way up there! We say in an outdoor lounge area and were super cozy. The food was okay. Not bad but nothing to write home about. I got the tiramisu and it was very small for almost $7. The pizza wasn't bad but it lacked any wow factor. The pizza needs some pizzaazz.

I have no idea how this place gets 4.6 stars. I'll start with the good which wasn't much. The staff was really friendly. We felt welcomed and they seemed really nice when we entered the restaurant. We were the only two people in the place and we ordered a pizza, meatball knots and a brownie. After ordering we sat at an outdoor table looking over the "lake". It was a lovely view. Unfortunately, the food took way too long to come out. We kept seeing food come out for other people who arrived after us. After asking the staff why it was taking so long, they told us there was a large party arriving and that food was being prepared before ours. They could've told us that before we ordered so we would know how long it would take. We ended up eating the brownie first because the rest of our food took so long. Finally the rest of the food came out and it was terrible. The pizza was completely flavorless. I've tasted better pizzas from Dominos. The meatball knots were incredibly overcooked and equally bland. Overall the two dishes were 1 star quality. The best part of the meal was the brownie which is a shame. The staff knew we weren't happy and offered us some free cookies on the way out. They were also terrible. In short: friendly staff, lovely view, horrible food.

Overpriced for sure. Ordered the "Mr Big Stuff" and it had a few straggly pieces of onion, olive slices which added together equaled about 1 large olive and 1-2 visible sausage chunks. Nothing like the picture online, but what place posts those anyway? I wish I remembered to take a picture. Pizza itself was okay, but nowhere near the price we paid.

Very nice little spot with great ambiance and food. Coffee is also excellent. Friendly staff and a very inclusive space as well. Only complaint is the AC is pretty ineffective and it can get really hot, especially in the afternoons when it's hottest out.

Always courteous service and the calzones are delicious. Pizza is great and the sauce is very flavorful.

Our crust tonight was excellent on both pizzas. We had been in for slices from time to time, but hadn’t ordered a full pie since closer to their opening. The crust and topping load for the whole pies were better than our first impression. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices were super reasonable.

I am not alone as a pizza lover. I think that if someone were to ask you to make a comprehensive list of your favorite things, many of us would have pizza somewhere upon it. For me my passion for pizza has led me to become a master of pizza making. Just like anything, mastery goes deeper than you can imagine when you first set out. With my very high standards and deep passion for pizza I would tell you that my experience with Bella Tu was five star. THE BEST PIZZA in the Portland area. I actually tour pizza places in the area. I can grade pizza in numerous cross sectionals. I would put Bella Tu in the fine, gourmet pizza category. Their dedication to the craft is so impressive. The ingredients are THE BEST! If is family owned and operated by individuals that are spiritual warriors of pizza. Seriously! You will find the family in the kitchen making the pizza. Great pizza is a fine art! I have made thousands at my home pizza studio. I have 4 different pizza ovens and a slew of accessories to make pizza. Realize that pizza requires specialized skills. Another symbol of dedication to excellence is the locals they work with to bring it all to life. Olivia was so wonderful. She helped us order and was a new friend before we left. Many thanks Olivia! Look forward to seeing you again. Finally, the ambience is one of the best pizza place ambience in the area. Located on a lake, surrounded by art. It is a cool place to hang out. Their coffee has it all too. But for me, the pizza of life is what brings me back.If you enjoy things that shine with the strong conviction to excellence and skill, or just want to have the best scratched off your bucket list then Bella Tu is for you.

An easy-to-miss but truly excellent hole in the wall.FoodBest pizza I've ever had. It is truly authentic. Huge, thin slices with delicious cheese and generous portions. Everything is handmade and it shows. The dough is especially tasty.PriceI got a pastry, a slice of pizza, and a huge platter of garlic knots with ranch and marinara for $15. It's very affordable, and honestly you can't beat this price considering the high quality ingredients.ServiceThe waitress greeted everyone who walked in. She remembers a lot of their orders as well. Friendly, attentive, and kind.AtmosphereGorgeous outdoor seating right by the lake. If you'd rather sit indoors, there are large windows so you can still look outside and see the ducks swimming around the lake.

My new favorite coffee spot. Not only are the owners fun and will go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay, the rest of the staff I've met is just as accommodating. They feature fresh thin slice pizza, salads and pastries made from an in-house pastry chef (so cool). I haven't tried any alcoholic drinks here but my husband says the limoncello is to die for. Their coffee beans are illy, so the coffee is delicious.A cute little shop with community games and a handful of tables (both inside and out), this is one of our favorite spots to support.

Omg I most say I've been living here for about 8 months. I've been trying so many pizza places. I'm from Idaho I finally found the best pizza in Oregon. the pepperoni with sausage and garlic notes the price is higher than most but if you want very good food this is the place and the help is amazing. God bless the lady's that own it.

Ordered take out on Super Bowl Sunday and it was my first time trying Bella. Absolutely incredible. I ordered the little Italy. Ingredients seemed fresh, pizza was baked perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly. This will be my go to spot from now on for pizza.

Sweet little pizzeria and coffee house. Gluten-free pizza was excellent and it was nice and cozy inside!

Pizza was good, I enjoyed the crust. Quality ingredients and they cooked it perfectly. I enjoyed the sauce with 0 heartburn.
