I’ve been in a handful of times and it’s always been a great experience. It’s nothing fancy, and a perfect on the go stop. Everything’s reasonably priced, quick to receive and a somewhat healthy option.Employees are inviting and friendly, will keep coming back

I VERY SELDOM go out to eat because prices are too high for the quality of service and food you get for your money.I go into to order a sandwich. I kindly asked for mustard and this Big Town Hero in Tualatin, now under new management, wanted to CHARGE ME .50 CENTS for a couple squirts of MUSTARD!!!!I walked out!This IS NOT the way you keep your customers!!!! THE ONLY sandwich shop that I visit too!!.You guys blew it!!!...go ahead, keep charging extra for such items as a simple ask of "can I please get some mustard on my sandwich?" YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I will make sure I spread the word that the new management at Big Town Hero will nickel and dime you...including asking for a bit of mustard.SCREW YOU GUYS!! I'll go to a different Big Town Hero....and will tell alllll my friends and peeps I know in Tualatin!!

Fruit flies EVERYWHERE, we tried to order and sit down to wait but they kept getting worse.When we got our food even more came and when I said something he didn’t do anything about it. So disgusting un sanitary and they did nothing about it.
