While the food is good, the service and ambiance leaves a lot to be desired. Why do they always seat people in the bar area when tables are available in the dining room? Very noisy area!!! Tables too close together.
I made a reservation through Open Table, and noted in the reservation that it was my son's birthday, and could they please provide a slice of cake with a candle. However, after the dinner, the server informed me they didn't have any information or instructions about our party's dessert request. They offered a scoop of ice cream instead. Very disappointed with our experience at Brix that evening, and there's obviously a communication breakdown between Open Table...
The service was exceptional- the server was attentive and friendly. Our group of five sat on the patio- beautiful surroundings. The food was excellent. Portions were generous and preparation was perfect. Definitely plan to come to BRIX again!
