Ordered our foods using the app, and they got it ready in a timely manner. This location has a few parking spots in the front, but can be filled quickly depending on time of the day. This location also looked clean. I was not a fan of my steak in the bowl since it did not taste fresh and may sit there for a while. Other than that, all things were good!

Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten from any chipotle. Was supposed to be a chicken burrito but instead got mostly rice and lettuce. I’ll stick to Tigard chipotle they know how to make a damn burrito

This location constantly messes up my online orders, I’ve had them re make it and it’s still not correct. I ordered a salad online today and there were about 5 pieces of greens on it. Also the amount of steak was maybe 3/4 of a cup. Super annoying. Also the people working regularly look like they hate their life and don’t ever smile.

Got a chicken burrito, ordered off of the app. The portion size was about 2/3 of what I had been getting previously different locations. I tried to correct the issue using the Chipotle app as I was miles away before I even realized how small the burrito was. The app told me to go back and talk to the employees at the store. But I don't want to visit that site anymore. Maybe my message will help you can avoid the same Hassle and choose a better location.

On July 14 , 2025 at approximately 1:25 pm, David provided me with superior customer service. Afterwards, when I was eating, he returned my wallet to me. I hadn't realized yet that I dropped it. As a past victim of identity theft, I appreciated this greatly. He deserves recognition for his good service and integrity.

Oh my word, someone PLEASE send help. This place is in SHAMBLES. SOS!! There’s food all over the floor. One guy moving as slow as possible while the big guy in charge I assume, returns from the back without washing his hands. Ingredients are always a problem. Please, money isn’t free. And this place is hell.

Stopped in for a quick dinner around 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The floors, tables, and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which set a bad tone from the start. The staff seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there, which reflected in the service. To make matters worse, they were out of several menu items. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I won’t be stopping here again

Workers couldn’t be more annoyed to be working at 7:54PM. Thought they must get off at 8:00 and they were annoyed to close. Nope. Closes at 10:00. Out ioc veggies and they were “out for the night”. Place was FILTHY too.

Who ever was working the online ordering for last night (5/28/25 around 4:30) did an amazing job!! Not one mistake and all the food was perfectly portioned and tasted great! The whole store deserves a raise! Keep it up
