It was an average experience. Service was okay and not very friendly. My ice cream started melting, so I had to eat it quickly. Overall, it felt just average, and I’ll likely try a different location for a better experience.
This locations ice cream is always on the verge of melting. It must be that they turn up the temperature. Very disappointed!
I use to come to this location all the time. Recently the ice cream is always at a melting point so you have to eat it fast! I make an extra 30 minute drive to enjoy my cold stone at a different location.
Thank you girls Icame in on Friday after school with my granddaughter that has celiac and you girls did a great job making sure it was safe for her to have a treat!!thus place is AMAZING you get 6 stars😊
Out of one flavor. Only 1 employee working, large serving plus large amount of mix-ins in our order was a nice bonus. Slight language barrier had to repeat things a few times. (Store was otherwise empty so not a volume issue)
I went in last night just before 8pm. And all I can say is, adult supervision is needed. How do I have to speak with three girls just trying to order? All of them got distracted by needing to put their jersey mikes order in and talking to the two boys and a girl present. They would greet me then trail off and start talking to their guests—literally all three females did this. I just wanted an expensive ice cream instead I was thrust into a high school hang out.
The ice cream was good as usual. Surprisingly bad service this Saturday 7/26. I expected the long line because it’s summer but the 4 people working there were friendly to each other, not the customers. Okay, whatever. But then we were handed our order and stood by the register with three other customers waiting to pay. One of the staff was not helping customers. So finally I said “can we please pay so we can leave?” You shouldn’t have to beg to give a company money. I usually tip extra when a place is super busy because I know they are working hard. No tip from me this time.
Good service, decent ice cream though my toppings weren’t mixed in very well, also the table, floor, and walls in the seating area were absolutely atrocious — covered in sticky smears.
The smell is inconceivably bad. I can’t believe the health department is (perhaps?) allowing this place to stay open. Maybe they don’t know? It’s so, so bad…
Cake batter ice cream can't be beat. Service was great. Love these guys.

The smell when walking in is absolutely horrible. The reviews go back 2 years noting the same thing so it appears they aren't going to fix it. The smell of the establishment is usually one of my favorite parts, but it really is off-putting here.
The cake we got was beautiful and delicious. The service was great. Polite greetings when I walked in and the woman who checked me out was friendly. The store was a bit messy and had an off putting smell.
Great service! Ice cream and cone are on the sweeter side but still good.

Im not aware of the guys name but he was closing on Friday night and he was so nice and kind to us. He knew how to properly do customer service. I wish I knew his name but he seemed like he loved what he was doing and gave me insight into his life. If I was from around the area I would totally be back in.
