Someone please help this location, smells like a rotting sewer as soon as you walk in. It made me dizzy and everyone walking in gets hit immediately. I had a bogo coupon and requested a large size for my free ice cream but was given a small? I understand you are busy but please don’t be so stingy with ingredients, this is what makes coldstone stand out from other ice cream places in the area. I lost my appetite from the smell. Please hire a plumber or someone that can fix this awful situation.

I don't expect 5 star service from Cold Stone but I do expect courteous behavior. I came in to grab some ice cream to go. The place was empty and the two girls working seemed busy. I walked over to the ice cream case and I wasn't paying attention and all I heard was "online order". I thought the two girls were communicating with each other and didn't think anything until I looked up and saw one of the girls holding herself back from laughing. I then realized she was talking to me and I said 'oh I'm sorry,no, I'm not here for an online order.' I proceeded to say 'sorry I didn't realize you were talking to me' when the girl that wasn't laughing talks back to me asking what I was saying. I looked at both of them in disbelief because you have one girl who is holding herself back from laughing and I am not sure why and then you have another one with major attitude and all I'm trying to do is grab some ice cream. Neither of them seemed like they wanted to help me. I contemplated just leaving. The ice cream I received was pretty much plane coffee ice cream and not anywhere near what I have ordered in all my previous orders. Don't be disrespectful to paying customers who didn't do anything to you. The owner, manager needs to take responsibility for how their establishment is ran. This was from a previous visit a couple weeks ago that I did do an online order. To my mistake some how it defaulted to the scholls ferry cold stone. I did not realize this and when I went to pick up at the Tualatin location because this is where I live I realized it wasn't at this location. I asked the girl (the one who was laughing tonight) if I could have it re made at the Tualatin location because it was an honest mistake that I ordered at the scholls location. Her response was "yeah we can make it here, but you'll have to pay for it". I was floored by her response. Not everyone is out to scam you. It was an honest mistake but I drove 25 minutes out of my way and went and picked up the ice cream at the scholls location. I would take my business elsewhere going forward. There's plenty of other ice cream establishments with friendly service and better ice cream.

Yummy, as always. Would be more yummy if the “cold stone” was cold… but the ice cream was very runny instead. Also the AC was not working… apparently it’s been out for four weeks. No water, which seems like a basic item to have on hand. If I had known these deficiencies I would have visited another location to get my chunky monkey fix :)

Not sure why this place has such a low average score. All in all it was a great experience. The three guys behind the counter or ultrafast and super friendly. They really seem to enjoy their job. The restaurant was clean and bright, and there's convenient parking right outside the door. I had the vanilla light ice cream with banana, pineapple, and coconut mixed in.

I don't know how this place has such a low average score. I found it to be a very positive experience. The three guys behind the counter could not have been more friendly and helpful. They were super fast. When the store was crowded they didn't lose a beat. The store is clean and there's convenient parking right outside the door.

Delicious ice cream, made right in front of you. Portions are bigger than they seem. Kid of expensive, but definitely worth it.
