I didn’t even know dominos could make bad pizza. Zombie service person asked to sign for a tip. lol on a carry out order. Maybe if they paid their employees better it would be garbage pizza. Hope the tip helped but never coming back to this location.

6:05 carry out- 1/13/26 spent 25$ to get almost no toppings on my pan pizza? One medium pan was Okay, but the Garlic-Parm/Chicken/Bacon/ Half Jalapeno was un-acceptable.. Where’s the pizza?! The worst part is I Tipped them 4$ 😐

Wow I don't think they put even half of what the dominoes by my house puts on these sandwiches. I'll definitely still be hungry when my lunch is over and I have to go back to work... I got a big chunk of burnt cheese and the bread was overcooked because it had no ingredients on the darn sandwich to keep it moist... Very lousy sandwich so disappointed won't go here again unless they stop saving half the ingredients from my sandwich to put on their own sandwich later... Too hard couldn't even actually eat it...

I ordered at 11:13pm and my pizza took 30 minutes to be baked then went out for delivery twice and arrived an hour later despite it saying the ETA being 21~ minutes. I’m better off driving to another pizza place for the amount of time and money wasted on this order, honestly ridiculous but pizza was still good would eat it again for sure. If you want pizza you’re better off getting little Caesar’s they never disappoint price and time.

I ordered carry out and it was estimated to be done between 6:39-6:50. I arrive at 6:45 and they told be they hadn’t even started it yet so I didn’t actually get it until well after 7.

We love the pizza, but this place needs to be manged better. I ordered a pizza online at 1pm, wasnt done until 2ish. Time kept getting pushed back 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then another 10 minuts, etc. I was waiting in my car until it got ridiculous so I went inside. Realized there was only one employee working. 2 guys ordered 8 pizzas and she was all alone. I wasnt as mad after realizing she was alone. But I was mad that management was ok with just one employee working. But waiting 45 minutes for one medium pizza was insane. Probably wont be going back any more. Do better dominos!! And give that worker a raise! I wish I got her name. She was a trooper and didnt act overwhelmed at all.

Very disappointed to see a driver delivering to TJ Maxx around 1:45pm on Dec 5. What made you think it was OK to park in a handicap spot? When I made it into the store, you were standing there talking with TJ Maxx staff. Do better.

Ordered two pizzas right before they were closing, and as I pulled up to pick up the pizzas, they saw me and decided to shut the lights off on me and pretend I wasn’t there. Your staff really needs to get it together and a lot of my friends have been having a lot of complaints about the same exact location over and over and over again Thank you in advance.

I honestly cannot believe how bad the service has gotten here. Fixing your own mistake shouldn’t be this complicated. If you mess up an order, you refund it. Period. Instead, the manager apologized and then basically told me they couldn’t give me a partial refund.
I actually drove back to the store and returned the bread bowl pasta they messed up — they added chicken we never ordered. I handed the wrong order right back to them, and they STILL refused to refund me. Who does that?
This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up one of our orders, but refusing a refund after admitting they made the mistake is just unbelievable. I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge because clearly this location has no interest in doing the right thing.
At this point, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else. This was the last straw.
Update: Next day, I called Dominos customer service to file a complaint...they said the owner will contact you to issue a refund...the owner didn't. Stay a way from this infested store...

Gave me a pizza with nothing on it and then said it was my fault.
Manager argued with me on top of it.
TERRIBLE a waste of $25.00 don't go there!
They gave me the wrong pizza, that's after they checked it. I brought it back and the manager argued with me. Instead of making me a new pizza, five minutes later he claims he found my pizza. It was cold all dried out and not worth the money. We ate one piece and threw the rest away. I should have asked for my money back.

Unsanitary food handling practices. Pizzas were soggy and lacking toppings that I paid extra for. Save your money, time and frustration by going elsewhere.
