Dutch Bros Coffee

I’m a regular customer at this coffee shop, but on 06/24/25 around 11:00 AM I had the worst experience so far. I came in to order coffee for myself and my loved ones. I asked three times for a hot chocolate, but the barista didn’t seem to understand or hear me. When I tried to type my order on my phone, she simply walked away without taking it.

After waiting about 5 more minutes, another barista took my order, which went fine — but I waited over 15 minutes to get my drink, even though my friends who ordered after me were already served. When I asked where my hot chocolate was, I was ignored. Only after raising my voice did they finally make it.

The drink itself was good, but the service that day was extremely disappointing. 1 star for service, 3 stars overall only because the hot chocolate was delicious.

This is hands-down the worst Dutch I've ever been to. And I don't say that lightly because I've been a loyal Dutch supporter for years and anytime there was ever a problem with my drink, they were more than happy to make it right. Until now. I recently had to relocate to this area because of my job and needless to say, my first experience at this Dutch was not a good one. I sat in a long line (as one tends to do for great coffee) and ordered my go-to drink, a blended Golden Eagle with no whip. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. As I'm pulling away I realized something wasn't right. It was way too light and had no taste. So I turned around and waited in another long line to get a replacement. The 2nd attempt was still off, but I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back and wait in another long line for a 3rd time as I still needed to stop and grab some food. So on my lunch break the next day, I went back and explained the situation. I was told by a very monotone male employee that he wasn't going to replace it because I didn't have the other drink with me. 😶 Now it's true I didn't have it with me, but that's only because I'm not going to leave a full melted coffee milkshake in my cupholder to slosh about while I'm driving around. Regardless, I've never been to a Dutch and told they wouldn't make it right, even it was the next day. These coffees are getting too expensive to be paying for something you can't even drink. Very poor customer service and I will not be going back to this particular Dutch. I'll be glad when my assignment here is over and I can get back home to my Dutch where they know how to treat you right.

This is one of the best Dutch Bros locations. The coffee always tastes great!! I look forward to coming here every morning and chitchatting with the workers. They are always so enthusiastic and in a great mood, they always know mine and my husband's order no matter who's on shift ! Love this place. One of my absolute faves

Recently started going back to this Dutch Brothers and have been really happy. Drinks have been really good and every time we've asked for sugar-free they have been. The espresso has not been burnt like I had had a year or so ago when we stopped going. Service has been good and friendly without overbearing.
Just a really good, local quick coffee stop. Happy got my wife and I have gone back, and we will continue to drive through.

There is something off about this stand. I frequent a few Dutch Bros and the Tualatin location has been off for what seems a year. The employees don’t look like they are enjoying their jobs, staff doesn’t converse with people, and the drinks 9/ 10 do not taste right. I’m not going to assume this is a staffing problem but a management one. Hopefully they are treating their staff fairly…

I love this stand but recently my drinks have been messed up here and there. They still taste good don’t get me wrong, but I don’t want a sour drink when I order an extra rebel shot or a frost when I order a freeze. I’m not sure what’s going on cause usually my drinks are made perfectly! Again, I DO love this stand, it’s just recent events making me wonder 😔

I’ve been a regular at the Tualatin Dutch Bros for years, and no matter how many employees come and go, the energy of this stand remains the same—genuine, kind, and straight-up joyful. The staff here are an incredible mix of professional and lighthearted, always handling the absolute chaos of a 15+ car line with a smile.
From time to time, a drink might not be exactly right—whether it’s my fault, a training moment, or just someone having an off day. That’s life. Mistakes happen. And with the sheer number of people rolling through this stand daily, I’m beyond impressed with how this team not only keeps things moving but also takes the time to befriend customers and remember a regular’s order.
Keep slinging that bean water my dudes 🤠☕️✨️

This place wasn't very busy like other dutch bros I've visited. So there was no wait time.
The girl who's took our order wasn't very friendly.
Our coffee wasn't made quite right per how we ordered it. We didn't have any modifications to the actual drink listed on the menu. The only thing we asked for was light-light ice. And the cup was filled to the top with ice. The whole drink only had 2 sips of coffee

Three cars in line, the girl comes out to take my order, cool. I order a medium peppermint mocha. I finally get to the window. Wait 10 more minutes, and I finally get my drink. I don't know what it is but there is nothing peppermint about it. It almost tastes like a Caramelizer.
