Overpriced disgusting food and a franchise owner that isn’t around. I spent nearly $30 on the most disgusting meal I’ve ever seen. My $16 sandwich was a soggy sponge. The mac & cheese was so chalky. I’ve had better from a box! When I tried to resolve the issue with GrubHub, I was told to contact Firehouse Sub directly. Which I did. I offered to bring the disgusting food back for a refund. I didn’t eat any of it! The little manager was unable to help me because the franchise owner was unavailable. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a refund! The manager Noah said he would call me and has not! I don’t know who owns this particular location, but they better spend more time in their shop than on a beach!

Staff was very nice, however I could hardly ask for a more subpar sandwich. Typically I will make my own sandwiches / go to an actual deli, however my work wanted this for lunch and we purchased it. As per normal, literally a couple slices of meat on sugary, gross bread with mid toppings. Honestly the $3-$5 sandwiches you can get from Safeway are better, try something else. They’ve gone the same way Subway and most “sub” shops have gone, which is a sub-par sandwich (that’s putting it lightly, like the meat), for $12-$20 which is insane.

30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Told me 15 minutes originally. I come back in 15 and they havent even started. Train these ipad kids to have some respect for peoples time.

First time trying and was served a large black hair wrapped around my pickle. When I showed them they took the pickle off the plate and put a new one. Would expect a new plate after being served Human Hair. You would think spending $30 on subs would come with a little better customer service. Why on earth would anyone want to eat off a plate someone hair was on? First and last time trying.

What happened. 6 years go by. And turns into drones working behind counter not giving a care.

The employees were so patient as a family with multiple kids placed an order in front of me, even though there were about 8 people ahead of me, my food was ready quickly. Fast friendly service.

They're food might be amazing but theyr customer service is lacking. I came in to pick up a catering order for 30 people today...no one offered to help me bring everything to my car or even offer to hold the door while I shoveled everything out. Three employees did however stand near the door kicking a ball around. Great job guys.

UPDATE - Firehouse replies below asking ME to contact the store to place a complaint instead of forwarding this information to the store. Thus, asking their customer to do leg work to let THEIR store know they have issues? Really pulling out all the stops aren't you guys? P.S. The link just brings me to your website front page.

Food is good but teenagers behind counter take 4 times as long as they should because they can't talk and work at the same time.
