This location is actually excellent. My rating is for firehouse as a corporation. Over 18 months I earned over 100,000 rewards points that my app never showed - but they would show to the cashier. Because of this I could never use them. I contacted their customer service who proceeded to reverse blame me and them gift me 100 points all while never fixing the problem.

Firehouse Subs has something secret that they put on their sandwiches that outshine every other sub shop. Their sandwiches are fresh, really delicious, and we like that they support Oregon firefighters. The cost is perhaps slightly more than other sub shops, (but what doesn't cost more these days), and it's so worth it. We visit both Gresham and Tualatin shops, and employees are always so friendly and stores are very clean. Great selection of sodas and chips, also.

Why not 5 stars? When you spend upwards of $1000 on catering and they insist on putting onions on every sandwich and no exceptions... we'll be taking our business elsewhere next time. Learn to be more flexible.

Overpriced disgusting food and a franchise owner that isn’t around. I spent nearly $30 on the most disgusting meal I’ve ever seen. My $16 sandwich was a soggy sponge. The mac & cheese was so chalky. I’ve had better from a box! When I tried to resolve the issue with GrubHub, I was told to contact Firehouse Sub directly. Which I did. I offered to bring the disgusting food back for a refund. I didn’t eat any of it! The little manager was unable to help me because the franchise owner was unavailable. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a refund! The manager Noah said he would call me and has not! I don’t know who owns this particular location, but they better spend more time in their shop than on a beach!
