They stopped making my favorite sub on my last visit - it had a creamy coleslaw. So, I won't ever go there again - Sad

Absolutely amazing, normally I get takeout but decided to take the family in and sit down this time, and every time I come here the food is always soggy and dry but today it was juicy and dripping down my hand, so fresh and delicious and the bread has a crunch to it. Absolutely amazing. I went to the counter and asked who made the sandwich and scared the guy a little bit and told him it was the best sandwich I’ve had here. Great job guys! Not to mention I came here before in my army uniform and got food and the service was amazing treated me so well with respect! By far the best firehouse crew around!

Great sandwich, visit at least once a week.

This place is a must go if your tired of subway cause these guys subs are a must have. I suggest the hook and ladder sandwich.

The food at Firehouse Subs is always good, but the customer service this time was awful. We walked in and the employees, especially the blonde girl, looked right at us and didn’t acknowledge us at all too busy socializing. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

It’s disappointing because the sandwiches are great, but the service really needs improvement. Came in on 12/2 at 5pm

I had an amazing experience thanks to Ceilo (not sure if I’m spelling this correctly). She went above and beyond from the moment we entered the restaurant. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. She checked on us at the perfect times, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

One thing that really stood out is that I have never been given a sandwich that wasn’t messy, but she made sure mine came out absolutely perfect. It was the first time I didn’t have to worry about it falling apart, and that level of attention meant a lot. She was by herself in the line and was quick and everything was fresh.

Her customer service was outstanding, you can tell she truly takes pride in her job. People like her make a huge difference, and she definitely made our visit special. I will absolutely be coming back because of her. Highly recommended!

This location is actually excellent. My rating is for firehouse as a corporation. Over 18 months I earned over 100,000 rewards points that my app never showed - but they would show to the cashier. Because of this I could never use them. I contacted their customer service who proceeded to reverse blame me and them gift me 100 points all while never fixing the problem.
