The last few times we come here has been a disappointment. March 2nd was the last time. 30-40min before closing we walked in and they mopping the floor. They said they were done for the day. Although, they had time to make food and shakes for their friends next door at Chipotle. Closing time posted should be closing time. We drove out of our way to get there just to find out they quit nearly an hour before the post closing time. It was obvious these kids had plans with their friends next door. Disappointing.
Ordered just this morning and was met with the most horrendous service. It was the manager who happened to help me, and although I understand that they were busy and that the staff works VERY hard, I also understand that that did not condone said worker to rudely say “what do you want” four to five times after I simply asked for them to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear what they had said. And in those instances where I was trying to say my order he just kept saying that and interrupting me further. Am tempted to never order from this location again, even though the food here is quite good because of how bad their manager was rushing me.

Stopped by tonight 2/28/25 at around 7:25pm with my family, patties needed salt. The guys in the kitchen were talking and joking while it was slow. We literally had to wipe our own table and the guy cooking the fries! Let out a giant disgusting burp!! As we were sitting there eating our food. Didn’t even say sorry as we looked over at him! Disgusting!
Burgers were tough! I threw mine away.
