G-Man Brewery & Sports Bar

Whoever has been shorting the boys fries lately the past few months needs to beat it. The fries are always so good but it’s always a tease because it’s not even a handful every time we go. Hook the boys up, you know da rulez.

We’ve been to Gman many, many times and we appreciate the amount of TVs to watch sports. BUT, Sunday am at 10am when the French Open men’s final is on but it’s not on any TVs is crazy and for it to take another 20 minutes to get it on the TVs is ridiculous. AND, they tout a Bloody Mary bar but ran out of mix by 10:30 am. What is going on?

I think G-Man gets better and better each time. Food was so good! Onion rings were even nice and crispy. I admit that two people from my party is exceptionally high maintenance, and Lucas was SO patient and on top of things for us. Just above and beyond service. We appreciate you!
Clean bathrooms and they have Lotto machines here too.
Lots of good quality screens. We were able to watch the NBA Play-offs.

Genuinely some of the best food. Not just for a bar but just a great place to ear. Drinks are great as well. I go here every time I visit Oregon.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE !

I’ve been a regular here for a long time, which makes this even more disappointing.

I called to place a takeout order and was in the middle of asking for a recommendation when I was abruptly cut off and told, in a rude tone, “Our menu is online—call back when you’re ready to order.” The entire call lasted maybe 10 seconds, and I didn’t even get a chance to respond.

I called back immediately and had my calls answered and then hung up on three separate times.

I ended up ordering from another nearby spot, and the difference in service was night and day—the person there was friendly and helpful right away.

It’s frustrating because I was just here last night and have been coming here for years. This experience completely changed my impression. If someone doesn’t want to deal with customers, they probably shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role.

I arrived for happy hour to have dinner and a drink. I sat at the bar and was greated by the bartender names Paul. He was very professional, and kind. He took my ID confirmed my name and from there on our he called my by my name. He did the same thing for every person at that bar and he remembered all names after the first time being told the names. I was very impressed by his memory and customer service. He bull shitted with customers like he has known them for years. This guy deserves a raise for his great work. As a business owner myself, I absolutely love seeing employees go above and beyond for their job. I will continue coming to this bar just because of him

Gage was the food runner and he was super nice. Gave us some recommendations for a cool event within the vicinity. Food was great, happy hour Paloma was delicious.

Came here on Valentine’s night. Atmosphere was great, place is super clean. However, not impressed with bald bartender. Definitely ruined the vibe of our night there and won’t be back if he’s there.
