Came in near the end of the day. They were very nice about it even not being aware we planned not to stay after closing. We left just 15 minutes prior, But only because we could make it there only around as late as we got there. The food server was perfect and it's always fun to watch it get made in front of you. The food was also delicious and well worth the expense. Highly suggested for not just the food itself and the atmosphere of the place but also the amazing staff.

More of a restaurant for a party or family experience. I don't recommend going for a business lunch as our conversation was often interrupted by the chef to ensure we witnessed the tricks. They were very impressive, but we were not there for the show. You are definitely paying for the experience rather than the food. Everything is cooked in some kind of butter/lard/crisco, so everything had a very greasy texture and taste. The chef wouldn't take no for an answer when he tried to throw a shrimp for me to catch in my mouth. Being uncoordinated, I of course, missed, and the greasy shrimp stained my white shirt and jacket. I don't blame them for trying to earn tips, but they should learn a bit about how to read the situation if they are going to force the experience.

We went here one night because we had intended to go to Benihana but it was full. Well, what we got was a restaurant that thinks it can charge almost Benihana prices for subpar food and service. The only employee we interacted with who was nice and helpful was the seating hostess, and she didn’t know where to seat us. The waitress acted like she’d rather be anywhere else and like we were encroaching on her time, and she actually had us move tables because part of the grill was broken. So right off the bat, we weren’t exactly confident in this place.Even the soup and salad, which are very simple items and pretty much the same as at Benihana, weren’t good. I don’t know how they made a salad with only ginger sauce on it soggy, but they did.The chef tried to be funny and all that, but everything he cooked was burnt, and he sometimes had to ask what people had ordered. The sushi was pretty much the quality of gas station sushi, yet they were charging $12 for it, and we weren’t given chopsticks until we asked for them.Overall, not a good experience, and we really regretted going.

Food, fun, and great family entertainment!Vegetarian options: Veggie roll, asparagus roll, cucumbers roll, avocado roll, vegetarian grill options too!Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free options are clearly marked, gf soy sauce available, and cooks are knowledgeable about ingredients.

Instead of adding a forced gratuitie to all bills just pay your people a fair wage, shouldn't be that hard with the inflated prices. Left nothing over the "forced" tip, whiched ened up costung your staff about 10 bucks. Not the only group at the table and they had the same reaction.

They got our order wrong. The chef inappropriately portioned the food and two people in our group did not get any vegetables and only a little rice. The chicken and salmon were over cooked. We will not be going back.

Soup was good. Food was pretty good but they cut so many corners to save a dime. Such as they use margarine instead of butter. Your shrimp appetizer is actually them throwing three grilled baby shrimp on your plate with your veges n meat. White dried out plain rice. They charge you a MANDATORY 18% tip, the list goes on. Nice workers but very overpriced for what we got ?. The music in the kitchen blares over the radio playing in the restaurant, though it was ok when overriding the commercials.

Chef was great, funny and engaging. Kids loved him . Food was mediocre. Service was disinterested in the job. Shrimp were small and I ordered poke ahead which was actually spoiled and returned. Go for the show not the food.

There's a new owner. We were skeptical about coming back but glad we did. What a great improvement compared to the previous owners. They food was so much better!

Dalley was an awesome chef for us, had funny jokes and treated us amazingly while making our amazing 5 star food. Will definitely be coming back as this made our experience for my Navy buddy enjoy Oregon even more when he visits.
