I frequent Jersey Mike's in Vancouver, and I have been in Tualatin a hand full of times. Usually, it is really decent, but this location is really bad right now. Granted it was lunch time, and it does get busy, but every table was filthy, and the tops of the napkin dispensers look like they haven't been wiped off in months, it was seriously disgusting. There was debris all over the floor, and I watched 6 people, not including myself, slip badly on the mat at the front door, that an employee kept mopping under and putting back, like they were trying to make someone slip and fall. The lady in front of me told me she did the splits on the way in and was literally in pain, another lady went down completely. I suggested to the employee that getting rid of the mat completely would be better than keeping the floor under it wet, and she just looked at me like I was stupid and walked away. Someone is going to fall and get hurt, and it is going to be an easy negligence law suit. Mopping under the mat, and putting it back repeatedly after people keep slipping on it is just dumb. I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's, but this location is doing it wrong. The enthusiastic kid behind the counter making sandwiches was friendly and good spirited, works fast and seems to care, but even he has got to notice the tops on every napkin dispenser, they are atrocious.

Ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike’s Tualatin through DoorDash, and bit into a hard, sharp piece of plastic. Will not be ordering from here again.. And when I called the store to let them know, the worker seemed less than concerned. And I wasn’t able to speak to a manager because they were in a meeting.. I’m not looking for any free voucher. I just want to let people know about this..

I found a dirty glove in my food a few months back called the store looking for the district manger he called back private was very unprofessional he said he saw on tape about the glove but didn’t see who put it in there so I reached out to corporate and the email me called once but never called back or followed up with me about the situation the team was very unprofessional as well they was laughing and playing about the situation anyone who has information on how I can reach the correct person to speak to please reach out thanks

Parking: This parking lot can be very busy and difficult to maneuver as Mikes is right at the parking lot entrance. But park a few spots down on over and you'll be fine.

Wildly disrespectful. Never been here before. Within 15 seconds of walking through the door, one of the staff decided to crack an insult about my glasses.They're lucky I stayed calm. Learn how to show your customers respect.

Jersey Mike's Subs lists all the full ingredients on their website, not just a little graph matrix. This makes it very easy to figure out what you can eat if you have food allergies, especially less common ones. This makes Jersey Mike's a place we with family members who have food allergies, something we normally can't do.The employees here were very thoughtful and they listened well, especially when told about the food allergies when the order was being placed. It was one employees, start to finish for that product, to help ensure nothing got messed up. I was quite impressed with that. Over the years, we've found a lot of places don't care or don't take it seriously. This means we can't always eat out with certain members of our family, and it's a great we have a place we can eat at with worries. The food was pretty good. Wish the prices were lower, but almost all restaurants are way overpriced nowadays so I'm not going to hold that against them.It's a clean location. The parking lot can get crowded at times, but that's pretty common for a lot of these strip mall type setups. The restaurant itself was clean and we'll kept, with ample lighting and lots of windows. As long as they keep listing the full ingredients on their website, we would have zero issues coming here again. It will probably be a go to place for us when we need to eat out with someone with food allergies.

So all the hidden things you would normally catch on an ingredient list that get missed on those allergy sheets, you would be able to see. This makes finding something here quite easy for our family members who have food allergies, and the employees here have always taken the allergies seriously when ordering.
Parking: The parking lot here is shared with a lot of other businesses, parking can range from pretty easy to find to hard to find a spot, depending on how crowded everything is. There are several restaurants in this complex, so as a result the parking lot can get pretty hectic at times.
Kid-friendliness: The employees here have always been friendly and nice to kids.
