Parking: This parking lot can be very busy and difficult to maneuver as Mikes is right at the parking lot entrance. But park a few spots down on over and you'll be fine.

Jersey Mike's Subs lists all the full ingredients on their website, not just a little graph matrix. This makes it very easy to figure out what you can eat if you have food allergies, especially less common ones. This makes Jersey Mike's a place we with family members who have food allergies, something we normally can't do.The employees here were very thoughtful and they listened well, especially when told about the food allergies when the order was being placed. It was one employees, start to finish for that product, to help ensure nothing got messed up. I was quite impressed with that. Over the years, we've found a lot of places don't care or don't take it seriously. This means we can't always eat out with certain members of our family, and it's a great we have a place we can eat at with worries. The food was pretty good. Wish the prices were lower, but almost all restaurants are way overpriced nowadays so I'm not going to hold that against them.It's a clean location. The parking lot can get crowded at times, but that's pretty common for a lot of these strip mall type setups. The restaurant itself was clean and we'll kept, with ample lighting and lots of windows. As long as they keep listing the full ingredients on their website, we would have zero issues coming here again. It will probably be a go to place for us when we need to eat out with someone with food allergies.

Ate at the Newburgh location. The sub was delicious, but the dining room was filthy. The tables hadn’t been wiped down or the floors swept probably all day. The trashcan was at the limit. There were only three customers in there the whole time I was there and the staff just sitting around chatting. The area around the soft drinks Was filthy with food all over the place. The manager just sat at one of the tables working on his computer while the two employees did nothing. The bathroom was also not overly clean. It seems to be a theme among Jersey Mike’s, where there’s 12 people behind the counter and no one to keep the customer area clean.

It was my birthday, and I remembered that they would give you a free sandwich at Jersey Mike's on your birthday. The Jersey Mike's crew all said, "Happy Birthday." I hope this doesn't get him in trouble, but he tossed a couple extra pieces of bacon on my sandwich when I said I usually add extra bacon. He said, "It's your birthday, man. I got you. " :) Big tip! Give that kid a raise!

This Jersey Mike’s is incredible! I stopped here on Christmas Eve on a road trip down to see my family and was so impressed. The employees were very kind and attentive. Great sandwich, clean facility — who could ask for anything more?
The Tualatin location has the best kids working there. They are peppy and ready to make a fantastic sandwich. What more could you ask for? They really are the sweetest.

The gal who helped us, I can't remember her name, but she was amazing.I'm gf and she legitimately dismantled the entire deli slicer, and sanitized it all prior to making my sub. She didn't complain, roll her eyes, anything.I've never seen someone so thoroughly complete this process, and this is the ONLY location of jersey mikes that's ever actually cleaned a surface before making my sandwich.I'm a big fan, so I often return if I'm craving a sub, but I don't think I'll visit a different location again. ?
