Ordered this to go, a chicken katsu with soba for me and some gyoza for the lady.Her gyoza was… okay. It was like potstickers that were air fried.My katsu looked great on the surface, and I was very happy with the portion - however one bite in and it tasted so bland - not a drop of seasoning on the thing. The chicken felt like it was thawed twice, unfortunately very rubbery. The soba was all stuck together in a hard clump, but at least it had some pepper on it.Maybe subtract from the menu, and only offer things you guys know you can do well. Based on the reviews I thought this was going to be great, but this was a hard miss for us. When it comes to these items, mama needs to stay out of the kitchen.

You can taste the quality, they say its all made from scratch but its different than acrually trying it and trust me, absolutely 10/10 high quality food. The food is always served HOT which is also an added bonus, easily my favorite teriyaki in the greater metro area and I'm not even from Tualatin.
