Waited 15 minutes for two lousy burgers that ended up being made wrong, while they served the drive-thru. Somebody should tell them they're more than just a drive-thru they don't seem to know.

I’ve lowered my rating because the there have been items missing from 3 out of 4 of my last orders, and whenever I order mid-afternoon I consistently receive burnt coffee (sometimes without cream/sugar) and the wraps/sandwiches are so sloppy I have to eat them with a fork. Otherwise my original praise stands true!
I order delivery from this location very often, all around the clock. The food quality is consistently good and drivers never have to wait long. I had one small issue with an order last year (out of maybe 50+ orders over the course of a year) and called to let them know what was missing. The manager took down my name and I was given a free replacement on my next visit. Today I had a rough day and made a late night order but forgot one of my coffees. I called and explained my mistake and that I couldn’t add to my order without $10 added delivery fees. They made sure I got my second coffee. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to actually be able to call a business (any business these days) and speak with a helpful human. I appreciate the quality of their service and loyalty to customers. The staff here are a credit to the industry. Thanks, y’all!

The guy with piercings who was in the paying window & taking orders was terrible. He had no clue what i was talking about when i was reading my order off the menu. I kept repeating myself and he kept talking to me like i was dumb. Like “ what? “ like an idiot. Then after i once again repeated it he say ‘ that’s what i said ‘ once again while being rude. My family went yesterday and he also overcharged them and when i got up to pay he wasn’t nice and closed the window on me. Made me feel like an idiot and his service and rudeness sucked. His little girly voice she sarcasm was not appreciated.

Insanely rude old lady at the pick-up windows. I just got a sausage mcmuffin but she said cheese and so I wanted to verify what I got was correct but that old hag just kept saying it was a cheese egg. Terrible place. Luckily for me it was a sausage egg but damn is she rude.

The food is always good and they always make my meals correct on my special orders. I'm picky, but they get it right. always friendly.
Dietary restrictions: You can ask them to omit or add about anything you would like even unsalted fries if you prefer.
Kid-friendliness: Always a fun place for kids. They can color or go play on the gym structure they have available in different McDonald's.
This is a pretty pathetic serving for 3 large fries. Try selling the advertised product.
