I wish all the McDonald's were like this. McDonald's was everyone was so friendly here. They were happy, they were loving. They were really friendly. They gave the food out. It was hot. It was cooked correctly. I'll find them. The drinks were cold. They weren't too much ice in it This was a great visit. Thank you to the night crew here at this mcdonald's amanda

These people that work at this store are incompetent or cant read. After so many times of messing up my order*( I usually go on my break for work so I dont have time to check my order and have it re-made) i got in touch with the store owner he took care of me. Now I went back a few weeks later and guess what??? Order messed up again smh. I got an email saying contact door dash after emailing mcdonalds like door dash made my food or something. I recommend going elsewhere there's another mcdonalds not too far from this one UPDATE I was told to contact door dash like they made the big Mac or something. The bag is sealed closed for a reason, I dont want people touching my food

I love this place because when you tell them no vegetables they add extra! 🥰 I've been finding myself driving an extra 15 minutes to the another McDonald's just to make sure I get my order right.

11:10- After being told to go park in the reserved drive thru spot and waiting almost 10 mins for our food to be brought out, some Asian kid comes out and goes to every other besides ours. Then goes back inside and threw our food away. I had to go inside and ask for our food, which had to be remade. We ordered 2x McGriddles 2x McBiscuits, 1 hash brown. Instead we got 1 griddle, 2 biscuits and 2 hash brown. I can’t even get a refund through the app. That worker needs to put his notice in. Horrible.

The jerk guy who claimed to be in charge tonight, mistook me for a different customer, and would not correct my order. They charged me for extra ingredients and I got less than normal. He was a jerk and non empathetic or understanding. I literally had just went through the drive through. Every fast food joint in Tualatin is beyond shitty. The people who run this place are a joke and they only care about ripping you off

This location allows a registered sex offender to loiter daily. This man propositioned a young boy for sex. His name is Andrew Emmons and like I said he loiters daily. Sitting off to the side watching videos and making comments to my daughters. Do not let your kids go there alone and don’t even let them go over by the bathrooms because that’s where he hangs out.
