Salad...a small scatter of chicken. Shrimp...oh so greasy. Blooming onion...greasy, warmish, okishNo utensils. No napkins. We are staying at a hotel. Kinda need those things. Absolutely not worth it at any price. Awful.

Don’t know how to start but here we go! I consider myself to be a nice humble person for the most part. A lot of what has humbled me even more is the fact that in 2019 I came down with an Autoimmune condition that changed my life completely.With that said, I NEVER EVER really like to use the “RACE CARD” as I am a proud Mexican-American! But this evening, for the first time in a long long time, I felt so belittled, disrespected, and discriminated, to the point that I had to walk out of Outback as i literally felt sick, and got shaky from all the emotions!!!!To start, when the waiter came to greet us, we were barely even acknowledged and wondered whether the waiter was speaking to us, or was more concerned in pleasing the table aside from us.Since it had been a while since we had been to Outback, we had to really overlook the menu to kind of have an idea of what and how to order.As we began to order, the waitress noticed that we were struggling to put a meal together for our daughters but didn’t offer to help either. We were never provided a children’s menu, which we only found out that one existed, as we later saw the same waiter provide another little girl next to our table with a kids menu, AND crayons even?!?!?Not being able to stand the temperature due to my Raynard’s Syndrome along with already being pissed off and what not, I walked out, leaving my wife and daughters to take care of the check. Before receiving our check my wife asked for two boxes for our leftover food, packed it, and waited a good 10 minutes for our waiter before deciding to get up, and go wait another 10 minutes up at the front counter as there was nobody there to assist her as well.At that time my wife decided to walk back to our table, at which she finally saw the waitress approaching our table. As my wife approached her, the waitress decided to bellow out to her co-worker, “ did they seriously just walk out?” as so everyone that was around her could hear her. I guess even after providing such awful service she still had the courage to try to embarrass us even more! As to what my wife being the better person, took a deep breath and asked her to please take care of the check.So I highly doubt that we will ever come back here and a heads up for anyone who might come across this review, whether you are looking for somewhere to go eat, or apply for a job. One of the best pieces of advice I have ever received is, “work where you are happy, otherwise find a new place to work…..or in this case……eat too!!!!! Horrible!!!

One of my guilty pleasures, I sneak off here to have a steak from time to time and enjoy some peace & quiet away from the fam. Sometimes I'm forced to bring them along too ?Service is always very friendly and prompt. Brandy is one of the best and always makes sure I'm well taken care of and that my steak comes out just the way I like it.
Brandy the bartender sets the entire atmosphere with her welcoming personality and quickness on the floor. Never disappoints!

Lexie always takes care of me when I come in after my shifts. She remembers my drink and what I like to eat, and makes me feel comfortable. Her bar is always neat and tidy as well! Lexie needs a raise.
